I had the unfortunate situation of a flat tire. When I took my tire to Lex Brodie not only did they fix that tire but they also checked out my other tires and told me I had a little more time on them. Being a female I sometimes feel like auto shops will take advantage of that. Not here they are wonderful and I will most defiantly go back. I chose them in the first place because of their great prices. Thank you Lex Brodie team.

I recently had an unacceptable experience at the Waipahu Store. The sales representative was argumentative and seemed unable to follow basic logic/math. Service took about 50% longer than estimated. Items in the car were not returned to where they were found. I did not see a single employee wearing a name tag. I can't imagine a less customer service driven location/store.

I appreciate the ease and peace of mind when I called on a Saturday morning regarding a bolt found stuck in my front tire and was able to request and make an appointment for the next day. When I arrived for my appointment, I was acknowledged and greeted as I parked my car and within three minutes was sitting in the comfort of their customer lounge. I appreciated the extremely timely check in. I watched from the lounge as my tire was taken off and was surprised that another employee cleaned each of my tires with a black tire shine coating. Wasn't expecting that. Nice little customer service touch Lex Brodie! Best part was that I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes, free of charge because of their great 4-year unlimited tire warranty. Professional and timely all the way through. In this day and age, it is more common to complain about service than compliment, and the devil is in the details. Great job Team Lex Brodie!

Very helpful. Came out to greet us and kept us informed during the process. We have been to LB in the past and have gone to other tire company through the years. We should have continued to stay with LB because of the service. Thank you to the person that helped us!
