I took my car there to get new tires. I called before heading down to inquire about prices and the lady on the phone said she would give me a "phone discount" of $100 if I buy 4 tires. I decided to buy 4 new tires for my car and while checking in my vehicle, they said the wait would be an hour and a half, which was fine by me. I made plans to kill the hour and a half and about 45 minutes later they called saying the car is done. Yes, this was good news but at the same time if they estimated the time better I wouldn't have made arrangements. The part that was bad was that as we were checking out (paying), I tried to redeem the YELP coupon of "15% off Yelp VIP Discount! Please show to receive 15% off Tires Code:"VIPYelpT" or Service Code:"VIPYelpM" Not combinable with $269 FFE Reline Special" So clearly this coupon doesn't say Not Combinable with ANY other offers. It ONLY says not combinable with the $269 FFE Reline Special. Which the lady checking us out said was a brake special. Note- I didn't have my brakes done. I tried telling her that the only restriction is the FFE special. She said I couldn't combine it with my $100 phone appointment discount. :/ She also said that my $100 discount is better than getting only $50-60 discount if I used the yelp coupon. In my opinion this is BAD business service and FALSE advertisement!!!!

Friendly staff. Manager was informative, cost to purchase tires. mount and align was reasonable. Best of all service time was great.

Only 3 stars because some of the workers don't care about customer service. If you want to work with someone who gives great tire customer service, request LILO. The 1st guy who helped me sold me a tire that I bought because I had to replace a flat. He said to come back the following week to replace the 2nd rear tire because it too needed to be replaced and they were waiting for a shipment. I called the following week & the 2nd guy told me that the tire didn't come in yet so to keep calling every week...which I did and got LILO who informed me that the tire was actually back stocked nationally and would call me when the tire came in stock. He also apologized for his coworker not offering to call me back instead of having me recall. Lilo called me while I was out of town and later followed up again to see if I still needed the tire. Unfortunately, I had to change both tires before I left for my trip because I couldn't wait for the replacement! Had I known originally that the tire was back stocked, I wouldn't have changed only 1 tire and changed both at the same tire. Lex Brodie's Waipahu, you cost me big bucks! The only reason you got 3 stars is because of Lilo's great customer service!

Excellent service and an awesome price.

I came into Lex Brodies for my first time don't know why I waited so long, to get a front-end alignment and I wasn't disappointed . It made a big difference on my driving and gas mileage.

First of a very big thank you to Mandee Akiona in sale. And the other sale girl there. They were very honest and full of aloha. I also like the part where one of the guys that works there, has suggested that I take my car to the car dealer where the car came from for better answers. Which I did and he was right. I still plan to go back to lex brodies in Waipahu for other servicing.

Very honest and great customer service! I thought I needed a brake change & they let me know I didn't need one and that it was just rust on my rotors from the snow in NY!!!! Because my car was still safe, as they prescribed, they gave me the option to have my brakes changed instead of trying to make me do so! Would recommend to anyone!
