I called three different times last Saturday to find out what the wait time was for the day. All three times I got transferred to Jim's voicemail. Once I got there, I stood in line in back of two other people. Finally Jim came to assist. He was very helpful and apologized for being shorthanded. It just baffles me on why only one person would be able to help me. It really does seem that service has gone downhill. I do however love the automated receipts and text messages. That was cool to get a quote via text message.

As always, they get right on your reservation. Folks are courteous and friendly ... and they still have coffee. Made another appointment while there. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I love going to lex brodies it'd a one stop shop for all of my vehicle maintenence needs.

It took a little bit longer waiting more than the time given. I expected it to be 1 to 1 1/2 per receptionist, it took almost 3 hours.

Was just there this morning to replace four tires..the lady that assisted me was very helpful, and quoted me their best deal based on my needs. The service was done very quickly..will definitely recommend to others - very satisfied overall//

All personnel involved were very courteous and helpful. Waiting time was appropriate for work requirements. Waiting room comfortable. Despite the fact that residence is in Kaimuki, I prefer driving the distance to the Waipahu location. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.

I left a review here a few days ago that I need to revise but can no longer find it. I encountered a situation where I felt I was treated unfairly by a member of Lex Brodie's Waipahu staff. I didn't go to the manager to let him try to deal with it first before writing the review. In any case without going into too much detail, it was not a good review. I want to make an apology for writing the review in haste because had I gone to the manager Lilo, I believe he would have probably resolved the issue like he did after I posted it. Would have saved us all a lot of grief. Lilo took responsibility for the issue I had and I am pleased to say that he reaffirmed my satisfaction and trust in Lex Brodie's Tire Company. He took my vehicle in to diagnose a brake problem I had, identified the problem that another auto repair shop couldn't (the other shop failed to identify a major problem after they repaired it) and completed the repair in a timely matter to my fullest satisfaction. On the day I picked up my vehicle, Lilo was off but his staff was a big help in making me understand everything about the problem and the repair. Big Mahalo's to a great staff!!! Now that my brakes work like new, I can feel safe for my entire family riding in my vehicle. Thank you very Much Lex Brodie's Tire Company.!
