I am redoing my review since Lex Brodies called me this morning and refunded the diagnostic fee. I appreciate that they value customer satisfaction and would utilize their services again because of this.

My car broke down and needed to be towed. I called and explained what happened and asked if you did all repairs and was told yes. Paid 150 for diagnostic just to be told that you are unable to fix it and take it to the dealer, wasted $220.

Mandee Akiona has excellent customer service skills! I was NOT in a good mood at all. ((Woke up at 4am and had a really long day with nothing to eat but a pop tart at 6am))((it was already 4pm when I got to lex brodies)). She gave us quotes for tire options. And she never got irritated that I was trying to price out the cheapest option. She never tried to push nothing on us. Never made it like we had to hurry up. She let us talk about what we wanted to do. And then they did extra to fit regular tires cuz I didn't wanna get more low profile ones. Lol... But they made sure it was safe and I got the best deal they had. That was today. I came mad and irritated but left happy and content. Today also the man cleaned my tire rims too. THANK YOU! ...I've come here in the past and each time I come they all treat me with great respect ((which I appreciate a lot)) and excellent customer service.

I went to have my brakes and tires checked to see if they needed to be replaced. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. When I got there Robert checked my tires and brakes an said everything was still good and to come back in 4-5 months. I was totally impressed with their honesty as most places would have tried to convince me I needed something. They didn't charge me anything for what they did. I will definitely go back there! Great customer service!!!

I had a great experience here. Leimomi helped me and was so sweet and helpful with my service and arranged for a rental car for me while they fixed my car. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's been the best auto repair experience I've had on Oahu yet

Excellent service that's why I always come back!

They told me I had cupping wear on my tires that I didn't change, but couldn't really tell me what it's caused from beside it could be from my shocks.

Very disappointed today just picked my son's car, spend almost $1000 and I asked how long is safety check she said 1hour waited almost two hrs and I asked the status the guys just went on break...really? These two months spends around $5000 to fixed my entire family at this place. I'm really disappointed that I ended up going home without safety check and my radio was on while I was waiting.
