After having two back to back awful experiences with the same terrible dealer service center, I called Lex brodies for assistance. not only was their diagnostic fee 60%+ less than I had just paid, the customer service was was 1000% better... friendly, very welcoming, attentive to my description and efficient when checking me in, no wait time.. Aljim was my tech and was able to complete my car ahead of the estimated time frame. We all know car problems are such a big stressor, so getting your car back ahead of an estimated scheduled time, is just efficiency in my book.. Thank you Very much. I am truly grateful for good customer service and workmanship!

I was out doing errands today. I noticed my tire pressure light on. I asked for a recommendation when I dropped off donations. They suggested Lex Brody Tire & Brakes. I checked in with the receptionist and asked if they offered tire pressure services. I was directed to the back. Copper greeted me and checked the pressure and added whatever was needed. I offered to pay and he said that this service is free at all their stores in Hawai’i. What great customer service. 👍👍

Tire repair required and took a trip down to Alex Brodies in Aiea. Excellent service from check in to the point of picking up my car. One thing that stands out at Lex Brodie's, they are always consistent on awesome customer service. Keep them in mind when you need new tires, tune up or repair. Mahalo!

I had driven over a curb and was concerned about the undercarriage of my car. Since I needed a safety check, I thought it could be done. The service worker took it on a test drive to see if the steering wheel was alright. Most places would have done only a visual check. Thats why I like Lex Brodies.

LEX Brodies always treats me as Family when I call & have my Vechiles needs Service. This tome was for my 2012 C-250 Mercedes Benz. After I dropped off @8 am. Someone called in 2 hours! Done! Brooke and Leimomi at the Lex Brodies in Aiea provided amazing service today. I brought my car to Lex Brodies for an oil change and to rotate my tires. As a matter of fact, Lex Brodies is the only place I trust to bring my car for an oil change. I always receive impeccable service and today was no different. Always a great experience with Lex Brodies Pearlridge. They always explain the work being done in a way Im able to understand and are patient when I have questions. The front desk gals are always so nice and professional.
