From my initial call talking with Leimomi Solon, to the assistant manager Brooke Tubania, to the guys that replaced my tires and wheel alignment this was the best service ever. Simple to make reservation, and the guys did the work faster than expected. Will go back for all my auto work.

so i have been coming to lex brodies for over 5 years because of ferdinand balcemeda who provided the best customer service to me, my family, and friends. i was extremely sad to find out that he does not work there anymore for reasons i do not know of, but he was the only reason why i brought my vehicles there. mr. balcemeda was the main reason i came to this location and unfortunately i will need to look elsewhere for a new mechanic that can provide the same amazing customer service as he did. i cant express how much of a loss it is to lose such a great employee from my perspective and he will be missed.

My husband went to repair his flat Tire yesterday. The Staff was friendly, efficient, and repaired his tire quickly so he could go to work. He is still talking about his good experience today. Special shout out goes out to COP. Thanks for taking good care of my husband. We will definitely return for any tire issues. Thank you.

A big shout out to Assistant Mgr. Jack Belford. A few weeks ago he went out of his way to fix a gear shift problem in my daughter's Corolla. He had a hard time finding the parts but somehow found a way to do it. Much Mahalos from myself and my daughter.

These guys are great. Had my alignment done there 6 months ago which included a free realignment when the 6 months were up. I had a hectic holiday season which casued me to miss my appointment - showed up a few weeks past the expiration and the manager says he'll honor my free alignment - i didn't even ask, just mentioned how bad i felt about just missing out. Good guys. And they did a great job

From the first call I received nothing but professional courtesy and efficient service. Brooke T called and explained everything to me from diagnostic report. When I finally went to pick up my car, she was there to assist and asked about an on line coupon, which I was able to find and helped to alleviate some cost.. Wow.. just wow! Honestly, I am so very grateful for great customer service. Walking in, there was such a warm welcoming atmosphere, it’s like they are all friends… and people always remember how others make them feel..so thank you.
