Super one quick this place superb!

Lex Brodie's used to be honest, nowadays they just trying to make money instead of listening to their customers. They been in business since ever since. The mechanics are sub-par, all the good ones left. So many other better businesses out shine this dumpster fire, just close up and shutdown this dilapidated autoshop. They can't even fix their signs, thats how bad they are. Maybe someday old glory will be back...well maybe not. Just read the one star reviews, customer service at it's finest. Better off bringing your car off to other reputable business that appreciate your hard earned dollar then this hell hole.

No appointment emergency (screw in tire). Provided an option to stay in their roomy waiting area. Took my number to call me when car was ready, while i got breakfast. Received a call in a timely manner, and all was good. Great service.

Leimomi price matched a set of tires for my Ford F150 Harley Davidson ed and was able to get me a good cost savings. Her service was exceptional as she followed up with me as promised when the tires arrived. Unfortunately, one of my hub caps was missing and again Leimomi was apologetic and promised to order a replacement as soon as possible.

I have gone to this Lex Brodies twice now for random repairs. They have such honest people and honest prices, they have earned my business going forward. All the staff was great to deal with and my experiences were quick and professional. Highly recommend! My last repair was 3/3/23

Tried to start my car yesterday morning and the battery was dead! My neighbor let me borrow his portable battery charger, but no luck. He mentioned that he recently replaced his car's battery at Lex Brodie's. I was going to drive to Costco Iwilei to buy a battery, but decided to give Lex Brodie's a try (plus it was pouring and didn't want to get stuck in traffic and then wait an hour in the queue line at Costco to purchase a battery). I gave Lex Brodie's Pearlridge a call to see if they had a battery for my car. The guy on the phone found a battery and gave me a quote with tax. I told the guy that I'll be right over. I forgot that I had to first remove my old car battery so that took awhile. Battery removed, I put my dog in her carrier and we were off to Lex Brodie's to get a new battery. They were quite busy but I was able to find a stall near the entrance to the shop. I walked in the shop carrying my old battery. A girl asked if I needed help. I told her that I called earlier and that I was there to buy a new car battery. Another guy came over to help me. He found the battery in stock and quoted me the same price that the guy on the phone quoted. I purchased the battery and was asked to sit in the waiting area. In under 10 minutes, they called my name and had my new battery. The salesperson carried the new battery to my car. Wow, great customer service! They took my old battery and disposed of it free of charge. I got home, installed the new car battery in my car and voila, my car started on the first crank of my key. I'm glad that I took my neighbor's recommendation and went to Lex Brodie's instead of going to Costco. It was a great experience and I highly recommend visiting Lex Brodie's the next time you need a new car battery.
