Good service, found other flaws in 2 tires which could lead to downtime.

Exceptional customer service for a simple safety check. I came in for my morning appointment. They told me it could be an hour and a half wait. About a half hour later they said the state's server for the safety check went down. They gave me the option to wait or get a call back when the server came back on line. I chose to wait. After an hour and half the worker came up to me and said she was not sure when the system will be back up and asked if I wanted to come back when the system came back up. As I was about to leave she flagged me down and said the system was up, so I went back in to wait. 10 minutes later they said the system went down again. They offered to call me when the system came back on line. 3 hours later they called me back and said when can I come back. I said 15 minutes. They took my car as soon as I got there and finished my safety check and did not charge me for their services. It wasn't even their fault. Five stars for the Lex Brodie workers. My apologies for forgetting the 2 ladies names. By the way, one star for the state.

Excellent 5 Star service I received from Lei Moni of the Pearlridge Lex Brodie. She is an excellent representative of the company. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. I would quite easily recommend them to anyone.

While driving I was having various problems with my Mini Cooper. There was a "battery not charging correctly" and "Engine overheatIng" msg. I called the Pearlridge Lex Brodies and spoke to Lei Momi.. She answered all my questions and got my car evaluated by a mech within hours. She then arranged to have my car repaired quickly. Lei Momi was always warm, polite, informed, just easy to talk with. She went out of her way to assist me with my car issues. I would like to give her a 5 Star rating. She is a excellent example of how a great employee should interact with the customers. She is a great employee to represent the Lex Brodie company. I'm very likely to return and also recommend the Pearlridge Lex Brodies to my friends and family.
