Went to get a safety check! Really great customer service was only waiting an hour! I have gone here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed! Their service is always great and they explain things very well for someone like me who has minimal knowledge of cars.

Best performance I have experienced in my car over the past 3 years.

I had a fight with a pothole and lost! I called different places, trying to find the tire size to fit my Mercedes... I try the Navy exchange car Center, I tried Costco, discount tires to no avail. Not only did Lex Brodie's have the tires wish they had to get some from other stations. They also replaced my tires offered a loaner car and got it done all in one day... This was after I arrived at 3 o'clock and they were suppose to close at six. When I arrived by tow, the garage and parking was full, by the time I picked up my car every car was gone, they were hustling! Knowing that I needed my car the same day, they made sure it was done... I was the last one and it was a little after six and they were still working , not punching the clock. They gave me every discount possible, Momi worked like I was family and Charlie backed up and did the same. Everyone was friendly and I really enjoyed the experience. I actually said a prayer thanking God for bringing good people in my life. They have me as a customer for life.

Kept vehicle all day and rushed diagnostic at end of day basically saying they couldnt fix it. Terrible service, picked it up and it stalled in the parking lot.

On 3/30/23, I took my car in because the low pressure icon came on about a week ago. Upon entering the business the front desk clerk (a pretty local sis), immediately asked if I needed help and then walked with me outside to examine my tires to see if any were visibility flat. After that she quickly set me up and in the end I replaced my pressure sensors. Upon checkout, she applied a 15% OFF Website coupon which helped to reduce my cost by $32! From the start, the local sis was friendly, quick, competent and professional in everyday! I'm sorry I did not get her name but my invoice listed her initials as Salesperson: LFS. Lex Brodie's always treats it's customers well.
