I am freshly relocated to Hawaii and had called around to see if I needed an appt to bring in my vehicle for a tire patch up. Almost everywhere I called was booked 5 days to 2 wks out. When I called Lex Brodie's, I was immediately greeted after two rings. Charlie was so pleasant and understanding of my situation and understood the need to get my tire fixed quickly. She assisted in setting me up with an appt later in the day which worked for my schedule. Upon arriving at the location site, I was immediately greeted by both Charley and Jack Belford. Jack greeted me and proceeded my check in and asked what the issue was. He was very thorough when explaining the process and even kept me updated throughout my time at the site. He was very knowledgeable about pricing and what would work best for my situation. Although the tire was not repairable, Jack assured me that the tire that they can replace my old one with will be comparable to it. I am extremely impressed with the timeliness, their hospitality, and the service. Definitely 100% will recommend other people to go to Lex Brodie's in Aiea. Thanks to the team there for assisting me in a pinch!!!!

OK Im just getting to accept the cost of fixing my a/c to my truck!

Wanted to come in for a AC repair. But they are super busy. They didn't have parking for their new customers, that's how busy they are. Overall, it seem they are overwhelmed and unable to take on new jobs and could not offer me a quote. They were honest.

Needed a safety check for my car. Made a next day appointment, which was available, and showed up. The parking lot can hold 30+ cars, but nearly every stall was taken, AND random folks showing up, driving on flat tires. Just be prepared for them to be busy. I was helped and taken care of quickly AND received great care and advice from Violet, regarding the future purchase, mounting, and alignment for my car, which I know in the next 6 months, I'll need. These folks also repaired a flat on the same car in 2020. I'm happy with the service.
