19 Aug 2033 Scheduled an appointment for 8am on Saturday for a safety inspection - drove up at 7:50 and only one parking spot left in the whole lot. Was expecting to be there for a while! Got in and out in less than 20 minutes! Very impressive! Hard to beat service like that!

Always come here for any kind of service and everyone is always super nice. This morning Richard was even nicer helping me with making my car safer. Went out if his way to make sure I was well taken care of.

Short wait time to check in and pick up my car. Can always count on Momi, Leimomi, Kapua to be welcoming and able to answer any questions.

My family and I went in on a Sunday before closing to set up an appointment since we've never been there. We were able to set up one for the next day for an oil change and safety check. Maile was very patient with our questions and was super helpful. The car was finished earlier than the pick up time, which is always great. Most importantly, my wife said that Maile was there on the appointment day and was really kind to her and made this whole thing smooth. We'll be back for sure!

AC previous repair caused leaking coolant in to the cab & exterior. Replaced hose clamp.

Lex Brody is my go to auto repair shop whenever possible. I will use them over horrific Waipio mega dealer when ever possible. In my opinion this is the epitome of how every business in the US should be operated.
