Fast and friendly customer service for a tire repair and tire rotation that was due.

Quick and easy service. Made an appointment online and the team was ready to get my tire fixed right away. Front desk was friendly and helpful. WiFi is available to use while waiting. It was quick and great for working on while you wait.

I brought my vehicle in due to an engine light issue and my vehicle shaking while in drive and in idle. It took 3 days, with me initiating contact, regarding the status of my vehicle. I spoke with someone over the phone, and they had told me that they are ordering a part for a service that I was unaware of. I was not provided with an initial diagnostic or explanation of what the issues were. A few days later I received a call to pick-up my vehicle but was told that the hood was still up and the original price I was quoted for increased. When they finally brought my vehicle around, the engine light was still on and the car was still shaking. The front desk staff offered to take my vehicle back, and promised to keep me informed. Overall, there was nothing that could be done to fix my car, and I was offered a refund in exchange for putting back the old and broken part for it. The lack of effective communication has left me dissatisfied with the overall service. There was a noticeable delay in responding to my inquiries about the status of my vehicle, and when I did receive a response, it was vague and failed to provide any substantial information.

Great and professional service.

I will only service my vehicle at the Pearlridge location due to excellent customer service by Jada. The mechanics are so knowledgeable and friendly. Should the service members relocate I will bring my services to another tire company. I believe the employees are the key that keeps customers coming back. I received excellent service on my tires.

I’m so thankful for the extremely helpful, kind, and patient employees at Lex Brodies Pearlridge. I discovered a nail in my tire yesterday evening. When I called Lex Brodies, Charlee was so helpful on the phone and told me I could come in and get my tire fixed, same day. When I arrived, despite the fact that they were closing in less than an hour and were very busy, Samson took my vehicle in for service with a smile. Charlee and Samson were so kind and patient unlike most places where employees are disgruntled when a new customer comes in close to closing time. Thank you Charlee and Samson for providing me excellent customer service and the technician for repairing my tire so quickly!

Very disappointed. Been have trouble with low tire sensor for over 6 months! Have to fill air every couple weeks or sometimes sooner. RR was low on December 29. Went back to fill air. Tire sensor came on again January 10. I left my car to check tires on January 13. Car was there almost 4 hours and they did find a leak. I hope this can be resolved. Maybe a defect in the tire..? Other than tire issues service has always been very good. Very frustrating.
