Took my 13 year old car in for an annual safety inspection. From my entrance to my exit customer service was excellent. I was acknowledged with a greeting by not just one, but two service employees. They called me within 1 hour to let me know my inspection was complete. As I picked up my car one of the mechanics even came out to tell my about a potential problem. He asked my some questions about my driving habits. What impressed me the most was that he DIDN'T try sell me a service. As the mechanic attempted to bring my car to the front entrance he had a problem getting my transmission(manual) in reverse, so they offered to check to see what the problem. A while later, the mechanic returned my key and told me they had fixed the problem and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE me for the service. Other shops would be charging for assessing the problem and for the fix. Lex Brodies you've won my business and I've already recommend Lex Brodies to others. UPDATE 7/6/2013 Revisited two weeks ago for service on my Jetta for the same problem they fixed on my last visit and left a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I had an appointment for service. I made two calls to check the status. I left a message for the technician to call me back on the first call(1.5 hours later). No return call. On my second call at 12:00p.m(2.5 hours later), the receptionist wanted to take another message. I mentioned that he didn't return my first call. After a brief hold, someone answers, who didn't even identify himself. He explains whats wrong and said they've called the auto storeS and can't get the part. He said they have to call the dealer for the part, but the dealer closed at 12pm. After bantering back and forth as to why it took them so long to figure out the problem. Excuse after excuse... I then asked why didn't they call the dealership before, he said, "Because I'm on the phone with you.". I also asked him they had called a particular part store I've used in the past. The answer came back, "NO". On my way back to retrieve my car, I took the chance to call the VW auto part department. Well, well, low and behold they were open until 3:30pm. Things got even more interesting when I got back to the shop. The technician took me to a car that wasn't mine and convincingly showed me the "so-called problem". I replied, "this is not my car and it was not the same type of Jetta" He insisted and insisted it was. He kept claiming that a part was missing(a metal part that could not fall off, must be taken off). He wouldn't even listen to what I had to say about the last repair. He even showed me a faxed diagram(which was for 1996, not a 99 Jetta) insisting the what he believed to be the problem. Then the manager approached I explained the situation and what infuriated me the most was the fact that I was lied to. Don't tell me the dealership is closed!, when in fact it was open. The manager didn't apologize, started to make excuses for his employee. I left with the car not fixed and very dissatisfied customer. I will never go back!

Our invoice # is 4020399. On 1/25 I went to your store on Kam Highway. When I walked in the door the sales people were courteous and professional. I was told that my tire installation would be ready in 45 mins and it was done within that time. I paid my bill and left. 5 day later I opened my trunk, and saw that your tire installer person just threw the spare tire into the trunk and it landed on my new jack case and broke the hinge. The trunk liner was also damaged. I was very disappointed at this carelessness.

I brought in my parent's Toyota Camry for tires which in dire need of being replaced and let me tell you... I was impressed with the level of professionalism, friendliness and timeliness delivered. I currently live in Las Vegas and for those who are familiar with Discount Tires in Nevada or Arizona, the level of service at Lex Brodie's is up there plus Lex Brodie's offers wheel alignment and brake services and more. So if you are new to the islands and are in need of tires which are reasonable, here is a place you can check out!

My Toyota Camry needed a tire repair as it had a nail in it. I called this location and they said it would be around a 40 minute wait. The price was good, only $21 and less expensive than Sears. I added in an oil change and they also had a good price for this, for $52, you get synthetic oil. Some other places I've gone to charge you $44 (final price) for regular oil. The reps were courteous and helpful and I liked the waiting room. I would definitely go back there again. The only problem is when I added on the oil change, it took a lot longer, two hours and 15 minutes. In retrospect, I should have asked how much longer it was going to take to add on the oil change. Overall though, great service and friendly employees!

My wife called several tire shops and only a few had our tires in stock.. We decided with Lex Brodie's for several reasons: 1) The main reason for my wife-walking distance to Pearlridge mall. 2) They were able to take us in that day. 3) 2 other tire shops that had our tires in stock, but they are situated in secluded areas. 4) At the time they offered a deal, get 4 tires you get a $100 discount so Lex Brodie's was a good deal. When we arrived there was a good amount of people there. But we were quickly greeted and offered help. I believe our mechanic's name is Freddie. He answered my wife's questions on the phone and seemed nice when we met him in person. This location had a nice waiting area that offered free coffee and water. This is a very popular place with high ratings, so "walk ins" may take a little longer (like a day, or maybe more). So, get online and make an appointment. Finally brought the wife's car in to get the "bearings" replaced... didn't know it was the bearings until I took the Head Mechanic around for a spin. An expensive replacement, but glad these guys (and gals) did it for us! You've got a repeat customer! D

The entire staff here is incredibly friendly and professional. I called and made an appointment for my car to be repaired. I was talked to like an intelligent woman, which in the mechanic's business is unfortunately rare. They went over all work needed with me and my original quote is exactly what I was charged in the end. They even told me that one of the repairs that I had thought I would need is actually covered under my service package for my vehicle (which means right away they saved me money). The price was much less than I had been quoted elsewhere and I didn't have to wait for any special orders, everything I needed/wanted was in stock and I had enough options to choose from to give me a choice, but not too many where I was overwhelmed with the decision. My vehicle drives and brakes like it did when it was new, and I love my new tires.

My car overheated on the way to work. Fortunately, I was able to pull off the highway get towed to this Lex Brodie location. Barney Griggs was very professional, even at 6:45 in the morning; before their posted operating hours. They didn't try to sell me extra, unnecessary repairs even though I was sure that I damaged the engine. It turned out to be bad hose clamps on the coolant hoses; a very simple fix. They checked and rechecked the cooling system to ensure the system was fully functional and the engine head gasket intact. I was pleasantly surprised to leave with less than $110 worth of repairs for a potentially very expensive problem. The next time I need maintenance on my car this will be the first place I call.

We have been coming to Lex Brody on Kam Highway since 2010 and they are the BEST! The Brody Man's service staff and the gals in the front are above quality. We have two older vehicles and Audi and a Durango Lex Brody does it all. I never get a no answer and have never felt like they were overcharging me or telling me repairs that do not need to be done. Freddie (whom we have delt with the most, although all the other gentlemen are awesome as well) is honest and explains our repair issues to where we can understand. Even when my husband is deployed, he doesnt not have to worry about me getting repairs and service done at the Brody Man because he knows they are honest and wont take advantage. From Safety to Tires to Align to coils to a/c and Brakes... They have dont it all and honor their word and they work. I recommend EVERYONE to Lex Brody whenever possible!
