Came in with a slow leak. Unfortunately, after working on my car for about 20 minutes, it was determined that it couldn’t be plugged. They put on my spare and sent me on my way with no charge. The staff was very friendly and courteous! Thank you!

Great customer service. The individual at the counter helped me with my walk in safety check. I mentioned that my car was having trouble starting. They said they would have my battery and charging system checked out. They looked up my account and remembered me from a previous visit with a bad battery. They took care of my safety check and told me the battery connection was loose and it was tightened. All the people at the counter are very courteous and helpful.

Lex Brodie's is the most reliable car service center I have ever worked with. Too often you hear of how some repair shops have shady practices but not Lex Broadie's. For every recommendation of repair they will provide you either a picture or video of what the mechanics see. They will also list the urgency of repair and what to look for. I don't know of any other service center that does that. While the line may be long and phone lines are blowing off the hook (because people know they're that good). The staff remain calm, courteous while efficiently processing each car. They will answer your questions, address your concerns including the mechanics. I highly recommend Lex Broadies they are the best! Mahalo to the entire staff. Or as Lex would say, "Thank you very much!".
