I have taken my car to Lex Brodies since I moved back to Hawaii. THEy are very good and take good care of my car. The office personnel is very good and will always take my care thre.

I arrived today for an oil change without a reservation. The girl at the counter was very helpful, in fact all of the employees I talked to was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The only improvement I can see is for the person checking me in to give a more accurate time frame. I was told that the oil change would take around an hour and a half. It ended at almost two hours. Other than that, I like the service and pricing that I receive here!

Got a 2 HOUR oil change yesterday. When I called to make the first appt. the gal on the phone told me it would take an hour since its the first appointment. When I got there they told me an hour and a half. When I returned at an hour half they told me my car was on the rack and it would be another half hour wait. Instead of apologizing, the older gentleman made a snide remark, saying ,"Oh, everybody wants a 20 minute oil change." And when I told him I've been waiting 90 minutes he says, "oh. Has it been an hour and a half already?" Seriously??!!! I am a returning customer since my first visit went so well, but now I will have to find someone else to change my oil.

Ok updated review from my poor review I gave them earlier. They finally seemed to have found the problem, but it took almost a week long. They paid for my rental which I did appreciate, but as soon as I picked up my truck, the engine light was still on!!! Fml! Although the customer service is top notch and the techs are super friendly, the actual troubleshooting and repair service is poor. So I called justin and turned right back around and now im back waiting again. I dont know what happened in my case, but I would still recommend this place for small, simple services; but not for big service jobs. If you ever need to come here, see justin.

Went there since they were the only shop which carried BF Goodrich 235 60 15 in stock for my 69 camaro. Only to learn that my rotors were gouged and needed replacement. They were able to complete the job that day and the one guy even detailed my old back tires that new look shine. I will definitely be back when my other "rides" need basic care.

i went this morning at lex brodies at pearlridge location to be change my 4 tires and change my brakes. I was there like 8:30 in the morning so they told me to change the tire will be atleast an hour so i was expecting to be all done before 3 because i have work at 3 oclock. Fast forward at 1:00 PM i asked the lady in front if my car is done yet and she asked the mechanic and they told me it will be delivered the brake parts as soon as possible so i give them atleast an hour. Time passes by I keep going outside the shop just to check my car if their doing my brakes now but still my car is sitting down on the parking lot and nobody did my brake yet. So i decided to call in sick from work because of this guys not doing their job i mean they let their customer wait that long and not letting them know. They should let know to the customer how long it takes to fix the car or so.! OK.So there you go finally their fixing my car/breaks now but the thing is I WAS THERE WAITING FOR FUCKING 10 HOURS!!! CAN U TAKE THAT I JUST WANT TO FIX MY BRAKES SO I DECIDED TO WAIT THAT LONG. OPEN TO CLOSE WAITING!! Thats pathetic! This is not happened atleast once but twice,..! So to those BIG BOSSES of this Company they should fix this problem..im just so pissed off today because i have to call in sick from work because of this guys!!!!! NEXT TIME TELL TO THE CUSTOMERS HOW LONG IT WILL TAKES TO FIX THE CAR..! NOT JUST SAYING THAT "WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN ITS DONE"!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

Overall, excellent service. All merchandise and services were described/explained prior to the work. Estimated time to complete the job was spot on. (Don't know if you've heard this from other customers but I'd prefer not to have that shiny tire dressing applied after installation. Attracts dirt too quickly.)

Brought my car in hoping they could help me with the plastic strip under the front bumper. It was sagging and touching the ground but was still attached at the ends. The original clips were broken but the people at Lex were able to secure the strip to the bumper. And they did it at no charge. Plus, they were very pleasant about it even though it was practically closing time on a Sunday. Great service always!

I set up a 9:30am appointment to have one tire replaced. After 2 hours I was told that the 5 month old tire (purchased from same location) would be replaced by the warranty. They had to send someone out to pick up the tire from another location because they did not have it in stock. I went to get lunch and came back. After a total of 4.5 hours, the tire was replaced and I was told the warranty covered most but not all the tire and I had to pay $50. I did not mind the $50, but the 4.5 hour wait for a single tire change was unacceptable. I drove in with the spare on and had I known that it would take that long to change the tire, I would have just dropped the tire off and gone about my day. My other experiences have been excellent, but today's experience was a bummer.
