Rolando Casido was great and the service was fast.

Front staff was very courteous and polite, however I'm very disappointed with the work that was performed on my vehicle.

I have lived in Hawaii for just 4 years, and have stressed over who I could trust to work on my vehicles. I am now confident in Lex Brodies, and will continue to contract their services. Thank you!

Stopped by because my tire pressure light came on, they found all four tires low on air& filled them which turned off the warning light. I was there maybe only 15 minutes. From the immediate friendly greeting to the speed of service they were great. And best of all no charge. Mahalo Lex Brodie's staff.

Lex Brody's has great service and reasonable prices. The staff was very professional (thanks Eddie!) and knowledgeable in helping with my auto repairs. The job they did was thorough in a timely manner. For those complaining about repair wait times, I suggest you work in a service trade of complex repairs where anything/everything can go wrong. I will suggest Lex Brody's to everyone.

Lex Brodies was much more helpful than Firestone down the road even though we had been a loyal customer of Firestone's. We were caught in the middle of some major finger pointing with Lex fixing the power steering pump but that didnt solve the problem, instead it was of their opinion that it was the rack that was no good (which was under warranty at Firestone). So we had it towed to Firestone telling them to change the rack but they refused because they said it was the pump (but how could that be because we just got it changed at Lex) so I asked them again to inspect it and were they sure it was not the rack because that was what Lex was saying it was. Of course when they reinspected it, they said it was now the reservoir, so we tow it BACK to Lex, they order and change that part (for free labor and the part was at cost no mark up, thank you very much) and it STILL does not solve the problem. Lex then talked to Firestone directly (so as not to keep putting us in the middle of the problem), had Firestone tow the car to their place and change the rack. Yes, that solved the problem. How frustrating it was for us to go back and forth but thank you to Lex Brodie for putting customers first, unlike Firestone. We appreciate all the help that Barney, Mel, Rolando, Eddie and the rest of the staff offered to us!

Thank you for helping us with our Toyota. It was so frustrating that Firestone was not willing to help us by changing the rack that was under warranty, when you folks determined that it was indeed that part and not the power steering pump that was the problem. Further, it was so helpful to us that you folks contacted Firestone for us instead of us having to keep being in the middle of this back and forth pointing fingers nonsense. Lastly, thank you for offering to pay for towing services, giving us the reservoir part at cost and not charging us for labor. We definitely will be back to Lex Brodies because of the wonderful service that Barney, Mel, Rolando and the rest of the staff has shown us!
