Top notch service. I had a diagnostic done on my car for what I thought was an issue with the cooling system. Turns out there was no major problem with the vehicle, but came away with a better understanding of how to care for my car. All of the service people were helpful and informative.

Invoice #4046886 Mixed emotions at first. My original intention was to have a safety check done for my 2011 toyota truck. To my surprise, I was told that my 2 front tires needed to be replaced in order to pass the inspection. #1 it was totally unexpected news to me. And #2 the tires didn't even appear to be bald in the first place, nor have I noticed any sort of changes in driving the vehicle. In the end, I did decide to pay for it. Was it a stretch for me? Big time. Do I feel as if I got hustled? No. Considering the maintenance for my fairly new truck, I would rather it be in the hands of a quality auto repair shop than some other place thats dirt cheap with a lesser unknown reputation. So for me, I would say that this place is an honest, upfront business where auto repairs can be trusted.

After my first experience at Lex Brodie's went so well I, once again, decided to come here when a shard of metal punctured my tire. I needed new tires anyway so decided to go ahead and replace all four of them. I chose a decent brand of tires rather than the cheapest ones since Hawaii's roads are just awful. For four tires, the special gadgets that also needed to be changed since my car model requires it, a 6-month warranty AND an alignment I paid $580. As the man helping me kept asking me if I wanted this or that I kept realizing I don't keep up with my car too well and was starting to sweat as I was fearing the price at the end of all I had told him to do. I heard $580 and was half relieved. $580 is a lot of money, don't get me wrong. I'm not made of money any more than the next person but for all that I got and the satisfaction of knowing that my car is in better driving condition and safer, it is a price I was happy to pay. Not to mention that when I was driving home after picking it up the ride was SO SMOOTH! To say that while driving on Hawaii roads is enough to shock anyone. The man also told me to bring my car back within the next 6 months for another FREE alignment and tire rotation and free is always a word I welcome with open arms. So far, 2/2 experiences here have been nothing short of 5 stars and I will continue to come here. Thanks again!

Good service

They are doing a great job in every aspect. I especially like their honesty and friendly service. They could have told me that I need to get new brake pads in the front and back and charge me for it but instead they called me, stating that I only needed the back ones replaced. I liked Lex Brodie's from the very first time I went there for new tires and have gone back for all my car needs (except an oil change here and there).

Great service on a tire that had a metal slit. Previous attempt at another station ended with advice to take it to Lex Brodie! and on top of that, there was no charge! I'm buying my tires from there forever! Mahalo!
