Went in for a tire rotation and was told it would be about an hour. I said ok, handed over the keys and went for a walk. 20 minutes later I got a call from the friendly attendant and was told my car was done. Everything works great, very pleased with the service. Even got a free brake inspection!

This place is a scam!!!! Do NOT go there. I called last Friday 8/22/14 to make an appointment to have my spark plugs changed on Monday 8/25/14 at 9am. They told me it would take two hours. I showed up on time, and when I checked in they told me I needed to speak to a "salesman" who told me my car needed a full tune up, and then I said no, my car doesn't. It just needs spark plugs. I just had my car serviced, and had it inspected...it just needs spark plugs. Then they told me I needed a new ignition coil, and then I said, no I just need spark plugs. They continues trying to use scare tactics and bully me in to additional services, and I kept strong saying I just needed spark plugs, and I was told it would take two hours. Then they told me that was a wrong time estimate and it would take much longer, assuming they found nothing else wrong with my car. I said forget it, they clearly didn't want my business, and I wasn't comfortable with them touching my car, as all of their harassment and scare tactics was before they ever even looked at my car, know anything about my service history, and I had the paperwork from the NEX Autoport saying I just needed spark plugs. When I left and went to put my kids back in the car, they came out to my car, and still tried to bully me into their services. The asked if they could look at my car, and see what was wrong with it. Nothing is wrong with it...I just needed new spark plugs. This place is a total scam and I was targeted because I am a white, female, military spouse. They talked very condescending to me, and tried to make me feel scared and stupid. I would never, never, never to back there or recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!!!!

Good as can be for a car repair place. Friendly experience every time. There's no perfect place to get your car fixed but this is where I choose to go. I realize that it's foolish to expect perfection and finding a place that you can be comfortable to service your vehicles are extremely important. I not only take my personal vehicles there but have started to take the fleet of company vehicles to Lex Brodie's from my work place.

I made a appointment for 7 am today and I was running late about 10 min when I got there there was two other people already there but there was no one in the shop so I waited till about 18 after the only person to show up was another customer Man if I call you to make a appointment and you tell me that your open at 7 am I expect you to be open Yah I know I was late but I am the customer and if your a good business then the customer is always correct something that I learned from world class business training I gave them 2 star's because I did some business with them before and they was better about 4 to 4.5 star's

We received friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Every time we've come to Lex Brodie's, we have been pleased with their customer service.

I took my van to be checked because twice it would not start. Explained the problem to Freddie. He is familiar with my van because I have had it serviced there before. Upon completion of the diagonastic test he explained to me what was done. I appreciate the sevice that was provided.

I bought my "99 Rav4" in 2003 and the first thing that went bad was my alternator. Hesitant to go anywhere, I was recommended to go to this LexBrodies. Ferdinand, the first in line, was there to explain the details on what needed to be done since I am one of those who is clueless when it comes to cars. For many of years, I've come to trust Ferdi and the crew with whatever car issues that occurs. I haven't gone anywhere else. It's a comfortable, family oriented, and reliable crew. I still have my car (thanks to them) and anytime I have a problem, the staff there fills me in their tight schedule and gives me constant feedbacks. I love how they make me feel welcomed and at eased. They are an amazing staff that I like to call "unsung heroes". Highly recommended
