All of the employees at the Pearlridge location are the greatest! These guys have always given us trustworthy, professional car repair and friendly customer service over the years. Thanks to Freddy for keeping us posted on the status and following up with us on our car repair. We were so happy that the work was done sooner vs. later. You guys are the best!
I was quoted 54.99 for a synthetic oil change and four tire rotation. After dropping my car off I was informed that my tires could not be rotated because I had side wall cracking. When I asked for a discount I was told that "I was being done a favor". I was almost ready to pick up car when I was offered a 10% discount. When my wife went to pick up the car she was charged $60 and given a $6 discount. Effectively I paid for an oil change at $54.
Very pleased with the service. Person I spoke with over the phone was very pleasant and answered all of my questions, getting me set up for my appointment and what had to be done. Dropped the car off and was completed and ready to drive home! Only thing could include to make my day was a car wash but oh well!
The staff was professional, and the service was fast.
I was disappointment that even with an appointment for a safety check I still had to wait over an hour. I thought if you made an appointment you didn't have to wait that long. If i knew I had to wait over an hour for a safety check, I would have gone somewhere else. However; the staff was nice and friendly.
I had a great experience with Lex Brodie's! It was really quick and through. I plan to come back again soon!
Very good customer service! was a slow day on that sunday,rainy, but got watch some football on the flatscreen. The girls Lei, and Mandy were really helpful. would buy tires from you guys again.

I'm looking for a place to get my inspection done and friends referred me to this place BUT they did a bad job on my boyfriends truck last year (or beginning of this year, i forgot). They replace his struts or shocks-whatever they're called-and the truck came out WORST than when he took it in. He meant to take it back to get it fixed but time was never on his side. should i go with everyone's opinion or run the other way because of their one (but HUGE) mistake...? Or truck is still making squeaky noises til now so i can't forget the mistake lol
I think the customer service needs to be worked on a bit more. I called twice when I made the appointment & again to ask regarding a coupon I had but wasn't informed of all the details. Freddy was a bit overpowering telling me he gave me the best deal but when I looked at the piece of paper he gave me, he didn't give us the best deal. He changed it to apply my coupon after the fact which helped. I think he needs to change his tone of voice & stop pressuring people. I was just a little upset 'cause I had called twice earlier to clarify the coupons I had & wasn't informed of all the details in regards to using my coupon. It seems like they push the higher priced parts on you without giving you the options for using the coupons. We've been going to lex for the past 10 plus years & I've never had much problems with them in the past.
