I came in (08/25) for a Rear Flat tire & was surprised that I was not charged for the repair. I had previously bought 2 front tires from your store, and last time I had a rear flat tire, I was charged for the repair because I had my original tires that I did not purchase from your store. Not consistent, but I'm not complaining. Lehua was very helpful in assisting me and explained that due to the 2 front tires were bought from your store, I shouldn't have being charged the 1st time. She surely made my day !!!! Surely, Customer service is your number #1 goal !!!!

Spoke with the manager on a saturday morning for squeaking belts. He said to bring my truck in and they would look at it without an appointment. They were slammed but he said he didn't want the belt to break on me so they would diagnose and let me know what they found by the end of the day. They finished the job by early afternoon. I am so appreciative of their hard work and great customer service. Thank you very much!!!

First of all I would like to commend the employees of LexBrodies, recently I visited PR and Waipahu(both) facilities for a wonderful job. Their customers service is great, very accommodating and make you feel treated like a "queen" as they as wait for your car to be serviced. They would give an approximate time when finish and this will make you decide as to come back or wait for it. The staff are great, very helpful and respectful and you don't feel like you've been rushed when talking to them. I like their service and attitudes. Keep up with the good job!
