Always excellent service!!

Gets busy and parking can be tough, otherwise got my tire rotatation.

Value cost that I have paid was $2,000.00 for the rear wheels bearings - was ridiculous!!! had no choice but to have them fix, they said it's dangerous to drive. Parts of the 2 was $750. 00 each, and labor for not even an hour was $500.00. I don't think as a consumer - was charged too much than the allowed and market cost to be fair. I'm a long time customer for Lex Brodies - I was stunned what they have charged me. I walked in this morning and waited for 3 hours to be squeezed with their schedule. I'm totally not satisfied with the cost that they charged me and NOT a satisfied customer. In fact I bought the tires from them, and brought it back to have it rotated after a few months, after a week I started hearing the bumpy sound and brought it back, they said the bearings are broken and need to be changed, and they even mentioned that was the last parts- really???? Like I said I had no choice or even time to shop around, they said it's not safe to drive. They really ripped me off - that's how I look at it. I've sent an email to their main office, hoping that they'll review my complaint .

The customer service at the Aiea Lex Brodie's is great. The representative I spoke with (Gina? Ada? Didn't quite catch her name) was very knowledgeable, not only about my car, but about interpreting the alignment readings. I've been going to Costco to get new tires for years but thought I'd try Lex Brodie's and am glad I did. I got four new tires and an alignment done, in about 2.5 hours.

By far the best service ever. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with at this establishment was friendly and professional. Wait times are fairly short, relatively speaking, even for walk ins.

I appreciate that it is so easy to schedule an appointment online. I like the email and text to confirm and remind me about the appointment. Your staff is always friendly and helpful. I sometimes need to wait several minutes when I arrive at the store to check-in. I appreciate the phone call, text and email that I get to let me know if my car is done or must be kept overnight for completion of service.

Let me start off by saying the customer service at Lex Brodie's Aiea - across from Anna Millers has the best staff and wonderful customer service. Starting off with Jayda who made the process for checking our brakes easy and stress free. The wait time was not too long of a process, the waiting area is roomy and large you can rest on the chairs and watch some tv. The employees are friendly and really explain the process and results of inspection and what is needed to be done to your car. I recommend going to this Lex Brodie's location for great customer service.

The service was excellent and thorough. I was able to schedule ahead for my safety inspection in December.
