My Ford Ranger was making a grinding noise when I braked... so called early in morning at 0730 and was told to bring it right over and they would have time to fix for me same day... they called me about an hour later and sure enough I needed front brakes. It was completed by 1130 and I walked back over from where I work close by to pick it up... I so appreciate the friendly customer service , prompt phone notifications, and getting the work completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Lex Brodie's and will return next time I need repair service. Great job!

Thankful the work got done. HOWEVER, after the fact, the first 2 replacements were the wrong tires for my vehicle. I was not told this until I had to replace the second two tires which was within 5 days from the first tires replacement. IN ADDITION, I was not informed of this issue until nearly 3 hours after I requested replacing the second 2 tires. The representative who took the order tor replace the second two tires should have informed this customer of the correction that needed to be done when at the onset of the order. THE RESULT: 4 correct sized tires were installed and a discount special for buying 4 tires was applied. Frustration of the customer could have been avoided. Actually additional discount should have been applied.

It's really a pleasure to deal with Chelsea in Customer Service. She's always cheerful and efficient! Good follow-up and lets you know your vehicle's status. I know that my vehicle is well taken care of here. Can't thank the crew enough. They're the best! Thank you!

This location is the best ! I cannot stress that enough ! Seriously, they make you feel like family every single time! They know your name, even if it's been a long time since you visited. They don't try and take advantage of you and your (my) lack of car knowledge like a lot of places do, but the opposite. They help you get the best prices and exactly what your car actually needs. Every single staff member is exceptional and leaves you wanting to come in just to hangout with them, like can we be friends?! I went to this location for the first time over a year ago to get help with a tire problem that the Honda dealership and Costco caused (long story there) leaving me with a pricey bill and a broken lug nut. Lex Brodie's Pearlridge fixed everything for me and didn't even charge me! At all! For Honda's and Costco's mess up ! And since then I knew that those were my people and the ones that I could trust! I heard that getting all of your car's maintenance done at the dealership would be better when trying to resell (is that true?) but having the amazing experience at lex Brodie's Pearlridge that I did how could you ever go somewhere else?! Since then anything car related you can find me there with my lex Brodie's Ohana ! Highly highly highly recommended!
