What could have been a bad experience turned out great due to the help of Lilo (sp?). I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. I was told it would take an 1 to 1.5 hours. 2 hours after dropping it off, I had not heard back. I called and a female answered the phone. When I asked about my tire, she said their still working on it because she did not have the paperwork. I told her it should have been completed 30 minutes ago and can I find out when I could expect to have my tire back. She said she would check and call me back. 30 minutes later I did not receive a follow up phone call. I called back and was very fortunate that Lilo answered this time. He looked into it and a few minutes later everything was resolved. Mahalo Lilo. Keep up the great customer service.

Lose money place to go. Rip off. They don't know what there doing. Took tires in to get flat repair, and I told the service writer specifically to patch/plug the hole. He said ok. Few hours later Went down to pick up tires, paid $70. I read the work order and it says they the patch repaired it. I said cool. Went out to get the tires. I saw the tire guy that repaired the tires and I asked Him if he patched the tires and he said that he plugged the tires he showed me the plugs. I asked why he didn't patch it. He didn't say anything. I just took the tires and left. Fucken dumb idiots. Rip off!!!

Bought my tires from them about 6 months ago. They just rotated my tires and checked my alignment for free, great job and great service...

I went to get my tires changed. Everyone was professional and wasn't pushy with their suggestions. They didn't have my size tires but they found another set that would work and tried to save me as much money as they could. Great place.

During this Stay at Home, Work from Home COVID crisis... 2 of our cars went over the same road hazards because of construction all over the place. 2 cars.. 3 wasted tires. Brudda Jack took us in and took care of us on the same day and within a few hours. Will definately recommend and will be my go-to place from now on. Big Mahaloz
