My wife's car had a low tire pressure light on when I drove into town. I couldn't get it fixed that Saturday as we had a full day planned with the kids so I had to find someplace on Sunday to fix my wife's tires. So I tried calling but couldn't get through the phone or text so I figured I'll check there and if they are not there I could try Firestone next door. I rather take it to Lex Brodie's cause they are a long time local company and always provided the best service. This time was no different. I dropped my car off and was told the wait was about 3 hrs as there were lots of cars that came before me. I understood cause there were visibly lots of cars with signs in there parking lot. I walked over to Pearlridge and waited for about 2.5 hrs before walking back. When I came back they were done. The drained tires and refilled the air and checked for holes and there were none so the air was just low. They handed me the keys and told me no charge. I was in disbelief. No diagnostic charge nothing. I was really impressed they fixed my tires for free even if it was just low air because they still spent time to do the checks. It made my Sunday a great one and will definitely take all my business here in the future as they are awesome!

My tire problem light came on as I was on my way to my daughters house in Ewa. I pulled in and told the technician about my problem and they checked not only the problem tire but checked the pressure in all my tires. When I asked how much did I owe, and the technician said no charge! What a surprise! Unfortunately, there really was a problem as a couple of days later the tire was getting low again. When I went back I was warmly greeted, the plan was worked out, cost was agreed to, and was told the work will be done in a few hours. Weill, the work was completed in one hour, when I went to pay, I was given a discount of one third of the price quoted! Another surprise! Great service. By the way, waiting room was clean and social distancing was practiced. Great experience!

Excellent customer service and did a thorough job on changing the flat tire and rotating them too. Best to come here early because then it will take a awhile to do what you need done. Make an appointment instead walk in.

Had a major blowout and my tire couldn't be saved took my tire in for a new one and got massive help from Base. Affordablity and great customer service despite Covid19. My car's oil pan screw was recently stripped and needed replacement. Lex Brodies was able to order a new pan, replace, and give me a car rental within two days. I highly appreciate their communication, honesty, and genuine customer service. Lilo, Keith, and the ladies in front all went above and beyond to make the entire job stress-free, efficient, and well done. Wow! I came in with a flat tore and a worry that I was going to miss an appointment scheduled two hours after I arrived at the store. I was in and out within an hour and that was with them installing a new tire. Thank You for such a quick and amazing service

The service is quick and professional. I went in for a tire repair, he went through the paperwork and found that I bought tires from them. So the repair was free, which I am grateful for. He also informed on the maintenance needed on my car. Which I appreciated as well. Mahalo!

I care about good service and apparently so does Lex Brodies! They gave me quick and excellent service as soon as I walked in the door until the time my vehicle was finished.
