Today’s visit at Lex Brodie’s pearlridge was AWESOME! Everyone was wearing PPE and in awesome moods. My appointment was for 9am and i was out by 9:40am.

This is my first visit to Lex Broodie's and they were very loyal and honest employees. I have 2018 Honda Fit recently had oil change/tire rotation done at the Honda dealer and other day my low pressure tire indicator light lit up and this tells me that either the dealer did not fill the air to my tires or i have slow leak recently happened. I took my vehicle to Lex Brodies to have them look at my tires, and couple hours I received a call and they found nothing wrong with the tires and they fill the air to spec for the Fit. So this tells me the dealer did not fill my tires with air when they rotated my tires. And the good part about it is, Lex Brodies did not charge me for the service, which is great!. If this was other shop or "CAR DEALER", they would probably charge me or tells me that I have a leak in one of the tire and when its not and charge me arm & leg for it. Thanks LEX BRODIES! ; )

I made an appointment here for my annual safety inspection. With the current Covid-19 restrictions the time estimated to complete this was 3-4 hours. Much to my surprise and delight it was finished in about an hour and a half. Gave enough time for a walk and a malasada. I've been coming to Lex Brodie off and on for several years now. After a couple of poor experiences at other shops, Lex Brodie will get the bulk of my business from now on.

They terrible and a bunch of thieves. They were going to charge me $1500 in labor to replace an AC compressor. Never again will I go there

I needed to get one of my tires fixed today so I called the Lex Brodie's in Pearlridge and was told I didn't need an appointment. I got there at about 3 p.m. I was told they were a little busy so it might take till about 5 or 5:30 -- which was fine with me. I settled into the spacious, air conditioned waiting area with my Kindle and phone. In less than 30 minutes they called my name. They explained there was a screw in my tire so they had patched it. They also noted the sensors on my back tires were not working. I explained Toyota had found that on my last check, but they were going to charge me $149 per tire so I chose not to do it. They said they only charge $50 per tire. I will definitely come back and do it later. I was very pleased with the friendly service and the quick turn around time. My sister had shared her family always receives excellent service at Lex Brodie's. I totally agree!!! Mahalo!

I went to Lex Brodie's today to check my battery. I was helped by Mandy who has helped me in the past when I purchased tires for my car. The other lady at the counter is also very friendly as well as all of the workers there. I was very pleased with the service that I received today. I was contacted when my vehicle was ready for pick up and talked to Mandy about the situation. It was just another great service day from Lex Brodie's as usual. Thank you very much!

The whole experience was excellent and fast. They took us in on our scheduled appointment time and had the car underway in minutes. It was completed within the allotted time. From making the reservation to TL helping me with the actual work...it was painless and relaxing.

5 Stars, outstanding professional work and customer service. Very affordable auto service and love the warranties of work done. Will definitely utilize their products and services.
