Bot a 2 yr contract in 2018 when I acquired the car. I always do an initial alignment when I purchase a car to get an indication of the previous owner's (including dealers) propriety in "convincing" me they did all factory recommended servicing on a timely basis including providing invoices to that regard. I also align my car whenever I put on new tires. The service & attention at the Pearlridge location is always good (I also observe other customers in this process). I expect I will return there when I need to.

Mia & Mandy were a great help in my service! I booked an appointment originally for a service of 4 new tires but, they educated me that only 2 tires actually needed servicing, which saved me some money. I appreciate their honesty and great customer service. My service in general took about 2.5 hours but I didn't mind. The location is in a great area where the mall and food is in walking distance. I would 10/10 recommend anyone in need of new affordable tires to come to Lex Brodie's. I got 2 new ones but I drove off the lot with 4 squeaky clean tires (I've been fighting with those icky brown spots on my tires). Thank you all! The service is much appreciated :)

Brought our car in, was told we needed a new battery and alternator, after all was said and done it was just the battery, they could have easily just charged us for a new alternator, this is why Lex Brodie is our trusted auto and tire repair business. My past experiences with Lex Brodie's in Aiea have been superb, but recently it's been questionable. At surface level, the ability to schedule appointments online and the customer service are amazing. The front-of-house staff always serve with a smile and a positive attitude. However, when I went in for a safety inspection, I was called and told I would not pass because of my rear windshield tint and issues with my front tires. The rear tint is the factory tint that came with the car when it was bought brand new from the dealer. I have not modified it ever, and it was never an issue in the past many years I got inspected at this Lex Brodie's. Also this year, my boyfriend encountered safety inspection issues with his car that had never come up in past inspections. Not sure why service has been inconsistent lately...

Took car in for safety check, oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was so professional and treated us just like family even on phone booking appointment. Great job even during this virus. No worries
