Amazing place with solid workers/staff. I had a problem with my is300 and they were consistent and helping me through everything!

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years for service and the annual safety inspection. Today was my last encounter with them. The Filipino guy working on 29 Aug at 0730 in The front was a grouch to deal with. I’ve always had LEGAL tint and been taking my car to them for years. Now, all of a sudden my car won’t pass inspection?! I took it to another safety inspection facility. And miraculously it passed inspection. I don’t know what to say LEX BRODIES Pearlridge. Make sure your tools are calibrated!!!!

The people at the store are always friendly and helpful. I needed new tires and the place where I service my car gave me a quote but I knew that I could get them at a better price at Lex Brodie's. They didn't try to oversell either. I was able to get what I needed for $300 less than the other place.

After many years as my "go-to" vehicle servicing and maintenance folks; there's not much I can say about Lex Brodie's that I've not said in previous reviews. After more than 20 years, I can, without hesitation, recommend Lex Brodie's, especially to folks who own newer vehicles that are still under the manufacturer's warranty. I was so happy to escape the high costs of new car dealership service departments while not voiding my new car warranty. To summarize all those years, let me simply say that I've consistently witnessed a corporate character throughout several of servicing centers (Waipahu, Pearlridge, Queen St locations) that is nearly second to nobody; honesty, integrity, reliability and reasonable prices. Since Barney Griggs retired a couple of years ago, my primary servicing agent has become Chelsea at their Pearlridge Center who, like Barney, is totally committed to her client by ensuring all aspects of the job are completed ; right down to checking her client's invoice hours after they've picked up their car and left the premises. She's to be commended for her integrity, honesty and being proactive. Lastly, every time I come in for service, she always greets me with “Good Morning Mr. ...... ” the moment she sees me… even behind a mask! "Thank you... very much" is more than just a slogan with Lex Brodies. They back it up by establishing and maintaining solid business relationships!

I have always thought highly of Lex Brodie's since it opened in 1961. I convinced my father to go there for new tires at the original location on Queen St. not long after it opened. I moved to Aiea and have been going to your Waipahu and then Aiea locations in recent years. I have always found great customer service and a warm and welcoming attitudes by all your personnel from the one who meets when you use to drive in, now one you meet at the reception counter......but always with a warm, friendly, and caring attitude. Of course the work quality has always been excellent and the pricing has always been fair and competitive. It is not surprising Lex Brodie's gets top ratings and recommendations from AAA and from the BBB! Lex, you still would be most proud of the company you founded still carrying on in the tradition and high standards you started!

Needed to replace 4 tires because they were old and one of them went flat. Got an appointment done the next day and asked for 4 tires plus alignment. I wasn't sure if I needed the alignment since I had it aligned a few months prior but thought I needed to because of the new tires. They were nice enough to check free of charge and recommended the I didn't need additional alignment. Also the front desk was super friendly all day. Cost was also very reasonable!
