I got tires and a brake job from lex bodies, they guarentee their work man ship . Took my daughter car to repair a nail in the tire, no charge! They even reminded me my tires over due for a rotation. Worst customer service ever. Check in at front worked by gross looking guy, dirty face hair hanging out of his mask, dirty clothes, speaking a foreign language to co-worker in front of customers, not Hawaiian, (one of two recognized languages in the state, along with English), way unprofessional. Manager full of bull, bordering on the dishonest. Imagine the work done here if these people represent the company's leadership. Don't even bother, worst place period.

First of all the girl that always checks me in is always so nice. She's always smiling and really helpful. She explains everything in full and makes sure I understand what's going on. It makes me want to keep bringing my car there for service. No matter how long the wait is, it's the check in process that makes it worth it. As long as she's working (I wish I knew her name) I always have no problem with their customer service.

Needed tires since buying my car from a private seller. Saved $160 by looking for online coupons on lexbrodies.com! An alignment was highly recommended; I almost didn't since I didn't feel any 'pull'. Since there wouldn't have been a charge if the alignment was good, I went for it. Turns out it was a good move! Lex Brodie's gets my five star review for excellence in customer service. Chelsea at the Aiea location went out of her way on her day off to assist me with filing my Enterprise auto Maintenence claim to pay for my tire replacement.

Big 'Thank you' to Lex Brodie's in Aiea. I don't know much about cars and always feel intimidated by car issues and mechanics. Not so at Lex Brodie's. Jack took awesome care of me, explaining the issues, got me a rental car, and helped me out a lot, even with billing issues later. They also give a military discount. This was most definitely the best experience I've ever had with a car repair. Even though I hope I won't have car trouble in the near future, at least now I feel comfortable to go to Lex Brodie's then, without feeling overwhelmed and taken advantage off. (My car had brake and starter issues)
