12:00 appointment to check balance for tires. No call by 2:00 pm so we walk in. Come to find out they didn't even take a look at it. Waited another half an hour and still nothing done. I've been a long time customer, brought all my cars over the years to Lex. Try to support local business but, next time going to see a national chain

Checked in 10min's prior to appointment, service completed well within the 1.5hr estimate time. Zero charge as tire was purchased at Lex's. I was not expecting this and very pleased. Am scheduling upcoming safety & service for 2 vehicles with Lex. Thank You Lex - Very Much.

Good and effect communication by front house of shop. Excellent work Ways to improve would be to wipe down car after done as an option (car wash chard)

I was late for my original (tire service) appointment, but I had called ahead. As soon as I got there, I was greeted with a smile by the service person behind the counter (sorry I missed her name) and I was taken care of immediately. I can't say enough about the courtesy they afforded me. I know I have found the right place for my auto services.

Great service from start to finish, I brought my truck in with out an appointment they took the truck had it on the lift within 10min. and did the service quick.
