I waited in the lobby for 6 hours. I had an appointment at 8am and waited as my car sat there in the same spot I left it in until approximately 2:04pm. Worse use of time management I ever experienced. They only looked at my car for an hour before telling me something I already told them. "Your AC has a leak." I know that already. I'm the one who told you. I understand that I'm not the only customer but if I have an appointment please stick to the schedule. Otherwise, you're wasting my time. The front desk employees was the only positive out of this whole situation.

Nothing spectacular but nothing went wrong too. I value businesses where things work the way they should.

I've had some minor maintenance things done here and have always had a good experience. Fast and good work. Today Sammie helped us out and he really went above and beyond even giving us his own personal tire key to use when we didn't have one! Really appreciate his help!

As usual A+ ! I usually drop in for air when my light goes on to Queen Street or Nimitz. Today I was at Pali Momi so I dropped in at Aiea for air. No problem! Fast and polite! I will be seeing them soon for an oil change!

very bad experience will not recommend and will not go back again. Had my right tire patch (honolulu branch) because of a nail 3/4/21 went back the next day 3/5/21 to pearlridge branch because the tire is still going flat. I need to exit to waimalu side going to lex brodies pearlridge branch because the tire was too flat to drive going to lex brodies honolulu. I explained to the customer service and she told me that I need to wait for 3 hours for the flat tires to be fixed. I called honolulu branch and they informed me that they couldn't do anything with 3 hours wait time. so she offered me to go to honolulu branch, but I explained to her that the tire is flat and messed up. I explained that it might messed up the rims and alignment and she sounded like she doesn't care. It's either you go to honolulu with flat tire to have it fixed or wait 3 hours for the other branch to have it fixed. And here i am went to honolulu branch after putting enough air so i can get there...and after checking they found out a new hole which is unfixable...am i unlucky that i had 2 holes in 1 day and after having it fixed or i had it because i need to go through driving my car with flat tire to the near air pump because the lex brodies pearlridge didnt even bother putting air in my flat tires and the honolulu branch doesnt care what happens with my car...i might be unlucky with 2 holes but one thing is for sure they don't care! They probably want your car to fucked up because they will make more money since you're on your way back to them to have them fixed the first messed up...
