Way better than the Honolulu shop. First impression is that customer service is top-notch. They have a great rapport with customers, fellow co-workers and vendors. Lots of times, there is friction between the customer service and techs. The waiting room is huge with booths to plug in and other nice amenities, but I wish they had more comfortable chairs as you wait hours and a nicer atmosphere instead of all of their soiled and torn posters and hand-made signs on their well-worn walls, floors and furniture. The big negative is the wait time. I did a walk-in @8:30 a.m. and was told the wait was 2 hours. After 4 hours, I had to leave for another appointment and scheduled the next day as I could tell it would take a lot more time as I saw some techs going on lunch break and other cars starting to go on lifts. I had 7 a.m. appointment next day and took 1-1/2 hours for 2 tires, safety check and battery check. The techs did a great job including cleaning ALL of the tires so they matched. They have a customer service "promise" listed in the room listing that they will finish the job with what they quote, but this means nothing, as the sales reps don't want to lose a sale. I wish they kept customers informed if they cannot keep up with time quoted and offer to reschedule instead of wasting 4 hours I will never get back.
