Friendly staff that I always enjoy

It's been years since I've been to Lex Brodie's and I was lucky to have the manager, Joey, answer my first call. He set the mood for the excellent customer service I received from drop off to pickup. The staff's pride and Aloha spirit at Pearlridge Lex Brodie's today made me recall how it was 40 years ago back on Queen Street. It's good to know there is a branch right here in Aiea. Thank YOU...very much!

This location is my default for oil change and tire rotation. A very friendly and efficient staff is always there to greet you. Reliable service each and every time. I will definitely buy my tires from here when the time comes to replace.

My brake lights were stuck on late Thursday night before a long weekend. Called Lex Brodie's first thing Friday morning and Marcelo assured me that they could take care of the problem. Got my car there and problem was fixed within 2 hours! Marcelo was awesome! Courteous and oh so helpful. I'll be going back to Lex Brody whenever I need to have my car serviced!

Excellent service

Waited 4 hours to change one tire. I was told it would take between 2 and 3 hours. The guy who checked me in said my rear drivers side tire had a bulge and was about to blow out so I agreed to change it. I also asked him to have all the tires checked. When the mechanic brought up my car 4 hours later, I asked if all the tires were checked and he clearly said he only changed that one tire but the guy that checked me in just told me "Yes, they're fine." The next day the car doesn't seem right so I check the tire pressure and all 4 tires were different PSI's. How is this possible when I just got a new tire? Obviously Lex Brodie did not check the tires a or even the tire pressure. 2 days later I take my car to the dealership because the tire light went on again, and they tell me I need another rear tire on the passenger side. Do not go to Lex Brodie.....everyone says that, I should've listened. Never going there again. Lowest quality of service that I've ever experienced.

I've never walked out of a auto mechanic shop thinking..."Wow! What great service!" But all of that changed when I moved to the land of Aloha. We took my husbands vehicle to get an inspection and a new battery put in. We paid our bill and made an appt for the next day to bring my car in. We received a call from them right after but missed it. My voicemail was full so no message was left. I assumed it was an auto reminder of our appt the following day so I didn't bother returning it. Next day we show up, they told us they overcharged us for a service by mistake. Not only did they refund the mistake, they also gave us a discount for that days service. Honestly, if they never told us they overcharged us, we wouldn't have known. We're new to the island so we just assumed it was higher prices because its Hawaii. The fact that they called us, owned up to the minor overcharge, rectified the situation and made us customers for life. There's a reason they have so many locations and have been around for decades.
