All people I have dealt with have been great but she is very knowledgeable and explains problems. I did not ask her name so took initials off invoice 4203118 so hope I have right person

I’ve been to Lex Brodies in Aiea several times now (I have bad luck with tires) and they ALWAYS take amazing care of me. They can usually get people in the same day and are honest, great prices, and straight-forward with what your car needs. I refuse to go anywhere else!

Excellent and fast service! We just moved to Oahu 6 months ago and were scared to try a new car service company because of all the horror stories we heard from friends and coworkers. Many people recommended Lex Brodie’s so we chose them to start. Their customer service is excellent and they worked with our crazy schedule. It’s SO nice to feel comfortable with a car service agency and to know they won’t try to take advantage of us.

My car had an engine issue and online appointments weren't available for a few days. I called the store and was given an appointment for the next day. Of course repairs are expensive, but the customer service representatives helped apply coupons that were available. Many auto repair customer service reps rush through things or are condescending, but Vachelle Hayward and the rest of the people who helped me were great.

They claimed the work was done I arrived to nothing done I drive away to realize that they did nothing! I returned to have them do a half job mount job with no balance! Also claiming I had weights in my wheels that were stacked up in the wheel well (ummm that would be pointless and completely opposite of how my vehicle is maintained) so since these weights are in there I’m assuming they did not do a balance yet they charged me for the balance! Ok so which is it you did or did not do the balance? (exactly) sounds like a cover up to me!! So I return minutes later to have them do a 3 minute tire swap at 5;56 closing time so the job was less than half done also again no balance. I paid in U.S dollar for. Ok so moving on I drive off again to notice my brakes rubbing badly after returning the next day and confirmed from another shop they destroyed my car so as we go back a in the fourth visit to Lex Brodie l was approached by John a really technical guy who stated the brakes should always rub. (Hmmmm) I said I need to call my boss I call my 4 year old she confirmed brakes do not rub (nice one John) you almost fooled me! So then I finally realize my CV boot is the cause and John and Lex Brodie have denied all claims moving forward after 7 years of great service and always polite reviews I will never deal with a person if such intelligence like Joey and John ! I brought my wife's car inn because she had a screw in her tire. The service was fast and the people were very friendly. Thank you to Charlemaine Blue for making my trip there a happy one.
