Lex Brodie's does not disappoint. Got my oil changed, safety inspection, alignment and tire rotation for under $300 bucks. they reimbursed me for my Uber home and my care was ready for pickup after approximately 2 hours. Great service, always polite.

As a customer since 1970, I won't consider any other source for tires, alignment, and recommendations related to brands, sizes, uses, etc. Lex Brodie's (LB) has earned my great respect and trust for its consistently outstanding service; it's employees are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely willing to help, to include answering "what if" questions. In my most recent transaction, yesterday, the estimated completion time was 3 hours, and accomplished in 40 minutes less. Each employee couldn't have been more patient, respectful, and willing to help. I will continue to patronize LB's to the exclusion of other, competitive businesses, confident the support I received is accorded to ALL LB customers.

I had brought my vehicle to Lex Brodie's ‘Aiea/Pearlridge location for a 9:00 a.m. scheduled appointment to service my air conditioning system. At 3:30 p.m., 6-1/2 hours after bringing in my vehicle, I decided to call to check on the status since I had not been contacted throughout the day. I was informed that my vehicle had NOT been inspected yet. I was quite upset! I had arranged to take some personal time off from work to fulfill my vehicle's a/c repair, only to have totally wasted my day. I picked up my car at 4:00 p.m. and left feeling very disappointed. In the summer of 2020, I had brought in my vehicle to the same shop for a similar a/c service. The repair work was completed in less than four hours. This location did not fulfill Lex Brodie's "Customer Bill of Rights" commitment! I had patronized this repair shop numerous times for brakes, wheel alignment, tire rotation, and other services and received excellent customer service. I had even referred family and friends. However, based on my recent visit, I have lost trust in this location and will probably no longer rely on Lex Brodie's for my vehicle service needs. While I understand that short staffing may have been an issue, as a repeat customer, I would have appreciated timely communication. Basically, I was left hanging all day!

The customer service is excellent. They were able to take care of my alignment quickly and reminded me to check my air pressures monthly.

Fast and friendly service to the rescue! Had a flat tire on my way to work. Stopped on the side and called a few places to see who could take me right away, let alone, patch a Tesla tire. Charlie helped me over the phone and gave me all the info I needed to make a quick decision (cost, estimated time to fix, etc). Safely made it to the Pearlridge location. Check in was quick. Was able to work remotely from their waiting area. A few hours later, as estimated, and all was fixed and I drove off to work. Samson and Riley also helped make the check out process and overall experience a smooth one. Thanks Pearlridge team for helping me turn my stressful morning of dealing with a flat tire to a relieved Friday afternoon knowing my car is good to go!
