Lex Brodie's is a company I trust wholeheartedly. I know that I will not get scammed, pressured or bamboozled when getting tires (or anything else). I recently went in because my tire indicator light was on. My tires were in bad shape! I had all four tires changed -- by the friendliest staff -- in about 45-minutes, at the end of their day. I had to make an appointment to do my wheel alignment and that was easy peasy with the awesome (and also friendly) reception staff. They explained the process to me, gave me options on what tires to purchase, gave me a better discount than the AAA discount and answered my questions with ease. What could have been a stressful thing was made very easy because of the staff. Customer service was superb. Everyone I encountered was courteous and respectful. In this day and age, I am especially appreciative of being treated like a person rather than a number. So many places treat their customers like inanimate objects or robots it seems and treat people like they don't matter. Lex Brodie's staff are consistently top-notch.
