I would NOT recommend this lex Brodie's at all. My experience with this specific location has been completely awful and this is why. I have had 2 services with them in the past and both services were the exact same. I had 2 tires replaced for 1 appointment and 2 tires for another. Upon dropping my car off the lady at the front desk asked me if I knew anyone who worked there before taking my keys. I said no and she just said ok. I didn't think much of it at the time. Later that day it took 4 hours to replace 2 tires. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a mid-day appointment and they most likely were very busy. So i was fine with it The second time i went back for the same service, I had scheduled an appointment for the second available time slot they offer. When i dropped my keys off that time, the lady in front of me in line hugged and talked story to the man at the front desk not even related to her appointment holding up the line of customers, it was obvious they knew each other. Anyways, that time after i dropped off my car i got a text 4 hours later saying they were just starting to work on my car. And 2.5-3 hrs later they finished. 6.5-7 HOURS TO CHANGE 2 TIRES. And i was the second earliest appointment. It was clear to me that they don't give a sh*t about peoples time and value because if you know an employee, guarantee they must be giving them priority in line for service. I would've givin 1 star, but I gave them 2 stars because they do have relatively fair prices and have tires in stock already where places like costco you usually have to wait months for your tire to come in. Anyways, i am never giving this location my business again and I hope this helps other people in going somewhere else and not wasting time.

They have good customer service as I called them in the morning and they made an appointment for me that very same day to rotate/balance and a alignment. Good communication as well. The reason why I am giving 2 stars is because they could not do the alignment because my truck needed the ball joints replaced and they told me they won't the ball joints because my truck has a 2 inch lift. I know they could of replaced the ball joints but that mechanic was lazy and did not want to do it and told me to go to somewhere else. So I waited for my truck for 3 hours for just a balance/rotation. These guys only take on the easy jobs and if the jobs are too hard then they send us away. Isn't these guys supposed to be an auto service repair shop?

This business tells you what they are going to do, and they do it. It's great that there is a business that stand fully behind what they say. Today, the new unsaid business slogan is, "pay more for less service". That is not true of Lex Brodie's Tire company. they deserve an excellent rating.
