Excellent genuine customer service. I have been here twice and both times they were very courteous respectful and informative. The ladies at the front counter were amazing with answering my questions and uncertainties. The wait was not long after walking in on a Monday morning. They tell you up front about how long it will take and both times have been before the estimated time. That way there's no expectations if it takes as long as they say it's going to take. The first time my car didn't want to move and got it towed from Pearlridge to Lex Brodies on a Sunday night and Monday morning I walked in and they told me it was going to take a week because the part wasn't going to be until then. I was expecting it to be a week but the next day it was ready and at a reasonable price. Very satisfied. The second time I had to get my tires rotated and balanced. They said it might be til the next day until they look at it and were able to get it done before the end of the day. Staff is very nice and I will be doing my business here from now on when it comes to my vehicles. They absolutely deserve my business and money due to their amazing customer service and fast and honest time estimates. They truly live by their customer service rules.

Jiffy Lube was not taking any vehicle inspections/safety checks for the day. I had not been to Lex Brodie's in Aiea before. When I got there the young lady at the desk advised me it was best to make an appointment. I was about to do that for Monday and the gentleman with Lex Brodie's who does the vehicle inspections stepped forward and said he would do it for me. It was fast & efficient, very professional. I will remember Lex Brodie's and will go there again for some of my servicing when needed. Thumbs up.

I Took my SUV in for a free brake/tire inspection to Lex Brodie’s in Aiea across from Anna Miller’s on Kamehameha Highway.. After the inspection Leimomi called and “To my surprise”, that the Lex Brodie’s professionals found multiple issues that needed to be addressed. I was panicking ! Leimomi explained to me answered all my questions in detail and explained very patiently as of what I needed to have done. Leimomi also gave me the break down on pricing and also reassured me that a Free rental car will be provided while my SUV Is being repaired. I also have a lifetime warranty on all my parts and labor! Leimomi is very sincere and understands the customers needs. She does an outstanding job and needs to be recognized. My car is running great! Lex Brodie’s is the place to go!

Fast and quick service! I got a safety check done and waited for my car. It was supposed to take 1 1/2 hours but took only 30 minutes. It was only $26. That's a deal for the quickness the convenient location and friendly staff!!! Thanks Lex' Brodies Aiea!

I always have my car serviced and maintained at Lex Brodie Pearlridge. They do my annual safety check at the same time. My 9+ year old car has only 30,000 miles on it and as well as the original tires. I thought they might need to be changed so when I made my appointment I asked Ferdy Balmaceda to please help me select tires. Over the years he has always been exceptionally helpful and so pleasant explaining the work and parts needed. He found me a great family and friends deal on the tires which were mounted, balanced, aligned, etc. along with the maintainence and safety check in a much shorter time than was estimated. Ferdy and his friendly knowledgeable staff have always been so easy to work with even with small things like a tire leak! The care my car and I have received since I first purchased it has been outstanding and Ferdy is invaluable to the company. Thank you very much!!

I made an appointment, dropped my car off this morning and got it back early this afternoon. I am a happy customer!
