Had to have a tire repaired due to a slow leak. They took me right in although the shop looked really busy. In about an hour the job was finished, for free, and the car, with all 4 tires properly inflated, parked and waiting. Good job Lex Brodie's!

I have been going to this location for about 10 years. Absolutely LOVE the staff here. The front desk reps are always professional, patient and knowledgeable. They are always super helpful with my questions and issues. Definitely the best of the branches! Car repairs are quick and effective. Pricing is always reasonable and the ladies always explain the breakdown in detail. I never feel like I'm being ripped off and I feel like they actually care about me as their customer. Never had any issues at this location, from tire service to oil changes. I will be a lifelong customer. Never disappointed! Thank you!

Upon checking in, they could not find a customer's car keys. That should have been the first warning sign Later, upon coming to pick-up my vehicle, I noticed that my car window was down while it was raining. I go inside to pay and check-out, and they can't find my car keys... Great. The guy looks around the shop and the back. No keys. He makes his way to my car, opens the car door, looks around and finally finds the key inside my car. My car window has been rolled down, my car has been left unlocked, AND the car key was inside my car. Would highly advise looking elsewhere than coming here.

Went in for oil change and safety check. Plus discussion about possible replacement of tires. Service provider, Charlemaine Blue, was especially attentive to my questions and concerns. Would have been a 5 star rating. But, right passenger side hubcap not secured properly. Good idea to do a walk around car after completion.

Do not bring your vehicle in for a flat repair. The invoice states the tire will be dismounted and repair by sealing the puncture as well as the inner liner of the tire. They installed a gummy plug and never dismounted the tire. The inner was not repaired. The gummy plug also voids the warranty on my tire. Once you have a gummy plug you can never get another flat repair done due to the high chance of it failing. I payed over $34 for my tire to be ruined. I have been in this industry for a long time and very disappointed in the quality of lex brodies. (The tire was never balanced after the service and this could cause damage to my vehicle)
