Our Star Service Provider, Leimomi, was polite, friendly & welcoming both on the phone and in-person. She was through and efficient while processing my paperwork. Great Worker!

I been going to Lex Brodies since 1979, this is my first bad review I ever wrote. The manager gave a hard time for not having an appointment on a Sunday. My wife came home late Saturday night and told me her tire indicator light came on, after inspecting the tire I found a screw stuck in the tire. So, Sunday morning I got to Lex Brodies about 8:50a just before it opened, I was third in line. Hoping that Sundays are usually slow, and my wife needs to drive the car Monday for work. First the manager said that you might have to wait for three hours or so, because you don't have an appointment. Now, this is not my first screw or nail in my tire, it usually takes about 30 mins to unmount, plug the tire, and mount. I understood that I had to wait, due to no appointment, but it just happen the night before. After one hour and 35 mins., I saw the technician take the car, and he spent about 30 mins to fix the tire. When the tech finished the car to drop off the keys in the front desk, the manager scolded him for working on my car, like he wanted me to wait the total 3 hours. When the tech told my car there where only two cars with numbers on them. This is my third bad experience with this manager.

First, let me say that Lex Brodie's customer service is top-notch. They are always very friendly. I also like the option of booking an appointment online. That being said, I recently purchased 4 new tires, and I thought I was getting 4 new TPMS modules, but I was mistaken. The checkbox was only for some gaskets for the TPMS stem. There wasn't an option to add TPMS modules to the appointment order. On top of that, I wasn't asked if I wanted new sensors. That should be top of the list because all my sensors are dead (the car is 6 years old). The TPMS sensor light on the dash was glowing orange but no one asked if I wanted that remedied. So now I have to go back for a 2nd appointment to have them take my brand new tires off the rims and replace the sensor modules. JusSayin...it would have saved me time and the mechanics double work if someone just asked me if I wanted my sensors replaced. The moral of the story, make sure you know what you are getting before they start work on your car.

I went to the Pearl Ridge Lex Brodie for the FREE tire rotation and brake check. From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't write anybody's name down, but I probably spoke to 5 people when I dropped off and picked up 2 cars and every single person there was amazing. For a moment I thought I was in Pleasantville.

Excellent service from Leimomi today . Cheerful greeting and smile upon check in. Specific explanation of work order and service results. Explained options and adjusted brake service replacement in professional manner. Upbeat and positive attitude during our encounter. Look forward to seeing her on my next scheduled visit. I Took my SUV in for a free brake/tire inspection to Lex Brodie’s in Aiea across from Anna Miller’s on Kamehameha Highway.. After the inspection Leimomi called and “To my surprise”, that the Lex Brodie’s professionals found multiple issues that needed to be addressed. I was panicking ! Leimomi explained to me answered all my questions in detail and explained very patiently as of what I needed to have done. Leimomi also gave me the break down on pricing and also reassured me that a Free rental car will be provided while my SUV Is being repaired. I also have a lifetime warranty on all my parts and labor! Leimomi is very sincere and understands the customers needs. She does an outstanding job and needs to be recognized. My car is running great! Lex Brodie’s is the place to go!

Noticed a faint squeaking/grinding noise. I knew it was time to get brakes checked. Made appointment and was told service could take all day depending on servicing needed and if parts needed to be ordered. I was very happy when I received text and call 3 hours later that the brakes had been fixed and tires were rotated. Nathan Rigor was my service writer.

I went to Lex Brodies because my car indicated low tire pressure even after I put air in all 4 tires. Told the tech what the issue was and he checked out my car and told me exactly what to do after filling the tires with air. A simple reset fixed the problem I truly appreciate his honesty and willingness to inform me and not jerk me & take my money for nothing!
