Came to get a patch on my tire when it was busy and I still was able to be seen and serviced in a 30 minute time frame. Very professional and very reasonably priced. Definitely coming back here if I need any tire repairs down the road.

I want to thank all of the staff, especially Charmaine and Samson, at the Aiea store for their help on Monday, 29 August 2022. I had two new tires put on my car the week before at a different tire company on the Windward side. After a brake inspection, I was told I really needed my rear brake pads replaced, rotors replaced, brake fluid replaced, and tires aligned. It was safe to drive, but don't wait to get those repairs done! I went to a local mechanic for a second opinion. He said that other shop's brake pad measurements didn't make sense, and that he wouldn't even consider ordering parts to do those replacements, before taking off my car tires and checking the brake pads. I called the Aiea Lex Brodie's, where I had gone to years before, and explained that I was seeking a second (third) opinion about my car's rear brakes. Charmaine helped me make an appointment for a couple days later, for a free brake inspection. She also told me that if I needed to leave my car for repairs, that they provide a free 24 hour rental car. At Lex Brodie's, I was promptly checked in and explained what I needed checked (Charmaine had already noted it), based on the other tire company's strong recommendations. I got a text message and link to the brake inspection results in less than an hour from the appointment time. Even though I had to call back a couple of times, as I remembered things the other company said to replace/do, Samson patiently listened and got those concerns checked (was the brake fluid levels okay? did my tires require alignment? could they turn off the tire pressure light that came on a day after the new tires got put on?). I was amazed and SO thankful to be told that everything checked out okay, no repairs/replacements needed, NO CHARGE!! Aiea Lex Brodie's saved me more than $900 (the other company's quote) in what they said were unneeded (at this time) costs/services. Even though I live on the Windward side, I'm going to have my future car check ups done at the Aiea Lex Brodie's. I sure do want to say, "THANK YOU, VERY MUCH" to the staff there, especially to Charmaine (Charlie) and Samson.

When it comes to service, Lex Brodies Pearlridge is the place to go! They take care of you and your vehicle. We were having issues with our AC, but not its runs fine. Glad we came here instead of going to the dealership.

Expected a call in 4 hours, but was called in 2. Great service!
