I usually never write a review, however I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff in handling my brake job. The brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced on the front and they completed the job in one day. Unknown to Lex Brodie or myself, my car had a brake line that was rusted. Through the process of bleeding the brakes etc. it apparently started leaking. When I got home, I had very little use of the brakes. I took my car back in the next morning and the found the leak and fixed it. Plus they did not charge me for the brake line fix even though it was readily apparent that they did not cause the brake fluid leak. Whether we like it or not every job we have done on our cars is not always without problems. When you have a company that goes beyond their duty to make a customer happy regardless of the situation, it is a company you want to do business with. I recommend you take your car to Lex Brodies, you will not be disappointed.

I was going to drop off a flat tire for them to repair, but when I got there, they repaired it while I waited. In and out in 15 minutes!! Big mahalos to Frankie for the excellent customer service!!

Cant speak for their service but the front desk has a short asian girl who shouldnt be in customer facing job.

It was a late Saturday night and I just found a screw in my front drivers side tire and I didn't know where else to go the next day (because it was a Sunday) and usually auto mechanic shops are closed. Found this place close to home and made an appointment online for 10 am, Sunday the next morning. I decided to drop my car off at 9 AM, just to leave it there and go back home, and I get a call at 10:30 AM that my car was ready to be picked up. Mind you, that my original appointment was at 10 AM, so for it to be done at 10:30 AM instead of the pick up at 2 PM, I was so happy to hear. Quick service for patching up my tire and quick response time. I was nervous that my car was going to be flat by the time I woke up, but i'm glad that this place was open on a Sunday, to help me in my situation. I will gladly tell all my family and friends about this place and location for future recommendations!
