I came in with a nail in my tire thinking that my whole day would be ruined, but the service department took me right away. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. Left with my repaired tire in less than a half hour! Love this place!

Awesome service. The staff is personable and very attentive. As I was standing in line I noticed how they engage with each customer who walks in. It's refreshing to feel welcomed and appreciated. They worked hard to commit to the time they promised my car would be ready and they didn't disappoint ! I even appreciated the little note they left to the tech that was left on my windshield: "Please finish by 1 - needs to pick up kids." Staff is amazing!

Courteous, professional, friendly staff. Would give 10 stars! Took my Tacoma to the Aiea location for a wheel alignment. "Only needed small adjustment so no charge". That's right NO CHARGE! The safety check of my 2017 Corolla took less than 20 minutes instead of the hour or more I anticipated. Would like to commend Brook T at the Pearlridge Branch for her cheerfulness and professionalism. She even drove my car to have the tires checked and air pumped in them. That's service to the max! Hope she gets the lunch she deserves!

First time at Pearlridge branch. Safety check was finished within half-hour. I would have given a five star rating, but knocked down to four star. Only issue was the check-in clerk didn't write on the form or inform the technicians that I would be sitting in their waiting room area. Instead, the technician called my home number which of course, I wasn't at home since I was physically in their waiting room area.
