We had a flat tire so we took our Honda CRV to the shop in Pearlridge/Aiea. The manager on duty was Jordan. He was extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this Lex Brodie shop to my family and friends :)

I never even consider going anywhere else! I always check the webpage for coupons before I make my reservation online. Our car had a problem with an intermittent starter. The folks at Lex Brodie's even asked me to bring my wife's key, just in case it was her particular key that was causing our intermittent problem. Bottom line is, it turned out to be a faulty starter and we got an extra discount to boot! And of course, I got two times Hawaiian airlines miles! So to the Lex Brodie Pearlridge crew, "thank YOU very much!"

Nice and big on the inside. Has massage chairs and spacing for COVID. TVs show games etc... People are nice.

I'm very impressed on customer service. I was looking for a replacement tires on my car. I called Lex Brodie's since they don't have a stock tires for my car they have called have them delivery to there branch. After a couple days I got a call saying they my tires in stock, I'm able to make an appointment the next day. It only took less than 2 hours to install all four tires and it doesn't need an alighment (Which it save me extra money). Also they gave some discount on the tires. I want to thank again Brooke Tubania and Nathan Rigor for the excellent service.

Excellent service as always. Had a tire pressure indicator go off. Since the last two times that happened it turned out to be a flat tire, I wasn't taking chances and went to Lex. No appointment and was told it could take at least 3 hours but I was fine with that. An hour later, it turns out to be just tire pressure and only needed some air. No charge and quick service. Mahalo!

Got my car back at promised time and the staff was terrific!
