Excellent customer service. Staff very knowledgable. Good training program? Transportation to and from home very prompt and convenient. Went in for tires and safety check. Found out brake pads worn out. Could have saved some money if rotor resurfacing was available and I didn't have to buy new rotors. But, I purchased the $99 lifetime brake option. I shouldn't have to worry about any future repair or replacement costs.

I have been a cutomer for 40 years. I have always gone there for tires. This time they discovered a brake problem I did not know about and saved me big experiences in repairs. My mechanic was a woman and very smart and showed me the problems. I was really impressed by her. She gets a Gold Star!

I took my chances coming in to Lex Brodies for a flat repair 15 minutes to closing. I was afraid they would turn me away and tell me they couldn't repair my flat because of the time. Fortunately they did take me in and the repair was done within 10 minutes. At $21.00 for a plug that should last the life of the tire is awesome.. Very friendly and great customer service. I would return back to Lex Brodies for future services...

My father in law took his car here recently to fix a tire with a slow leak. They told him he needed to buy a new tire and refused to fix it. He even bought the tire from them. He then took it to Sears and they were able fix it. This place will take advantage of older people. Bad customer service!

I got a flat tire yesterday and called this morning at 7:15 (15 minutes after they open) to see if they could squeeze me in ASAP. Gerard answered the phone and told me that they can definitely take me and get me in and out as soon as possible, EXACTLY WHAT I WAS HOPING FOR. I came in and he was actually the one who helped me and recognized my problem from when I called him this morning (3 stars for being attentive!) then he proceeds to tell me my options for what tire I should buy, he did not once tell me to buy the highest price but instead told me that it's up to me and MY OWN preference (1 star for being sincere!) and I chose to get the medium priced one (157.00). One hour later they had my car ready and I was set to go! I recommend paying in advance because there's no better feeling than to just get in and get out! I will definitely come here again when the time calls for it!

My Xterra was making a weird noise, and me not knowing much about cars, decided I really needed to find a mechanic fast. On a whim I checked out Lex Brodie's reviews on Yelp and I must say that they are spot on! I am so pleased with the service I received there. I called around mid-morning and they told me to bring my car right over. Unfortunately my car wouldn't make the weird noise again, but the mechanics did catch that I was in desperate need of new tires. I spent a while talking to them about which tires would be the best. We decided on one type and they put them on, but they said they could tell I wasn't comfortable (I was concerned with tire performance in the rain). So the manager offered to price match trail tires to the road tires they had put on my car. However, I don't need trail tires, so after deciding on the "best" ones they could recommend, they had someone drive all the way to another location to pick up the 4 new tires for me. Never once did I feel like I was imposing on them or being an irritating customer. They were more than happy to bend over backwards to make me feel happy with my purchase. Since I have a young baby, being safe on the road is my #1 priority. Oh- and the manager himself popped a dent out of my car for me. Where else can you go where the manager will do that for you?! Even though I spent a lot of money and the entire day in their office with a young baby, I am very happy with my first Lex Brodie's experience. I think that says a lot!

Right when I got there they took me in without delay. Very friendly straight up and very good price. My safety check was only $16 and I was in and out a little over a hour. Very professional and very honest. Great location so I could walk to windward mall and kill time there. The shop I was at 5 min before coming to these guys were being swamped by people and the guy at the front desk told everybody safety checks were going to be 2 1/2 hr waits and I wasn't the only guy there for safety checks. The guy argue front desk looked like he was stressing out with the customer he was working with. But these guys right when I got there I was leaving my vehicle with them for them to safety check which was at tops 3 mins by the time I got out of my truck. Long story short. I definitely recommend these guys.

Im pleased with their service. Im not gonna think twice returning on them for my next car service. Gave me the good price of the item.more value for my money. After having trouble for my services in the car shop near Times market i preferred to look for other shops and a colleague referred me here. Read the good reviews and now proved.
