Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price.

While the service was fast, this is the second time I was not provided documentation upon completion of the service, invoice copies, alignment report copies, etc. It did not come to mind because there were four other customers at the service counter and only one office manager doing the best she could. I was handed the keys, told I was all set and so I left.

We have a big diesel truck -- knowing we had to change our tires soon, we decided to drop by just to check if they had tires for our truck in stock. If so, we would have made an appt for the following week. Turned out they did have tires for our heavy duty truck and although they were busy they took us in. However, more than that, they price matched another tire place to help us reduce our cost, which we really appreciate.

Recently moved to Kaneohe, where it seems there are a number of tire shops. Lex Brodies is closest to me. Had a pesky slow air leak in my tire, so I called on a Saturday morning to see how busy Lex Brodies was. No line yet. Arrived ten minutes later, and there was a 30-45 minute wait, nothing you can do about that. Friendly staff, and since I was in the system from an earlier tire purchase, the tire patching was free! I will definitely come back :)

Outstanding service in Kaneohe. The alignment specialist was awesome. They got me in ahead of my scheduled time and had me out in no time. My truck has over 200000 miles on it and the service had it running like new. I will definitely come back to them.
