Safety check service performed as scheduled. Had to take back for items corrected from first check, and worked in recheck without having to schedule all over again. Good and conscientious procedures.

Excellent service, couldn't ask for anything better, they were very polite and helpful from when we stepped in the door. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will be doing more business here.This was a surprise gift for my husband for fathers day. This was the first time i have ever gotten a quote, and installation of all 4 tires on the first visit, didn't need to make an appointment. They made my day! Mahalo Plenty!!

Set an appointment for a safety check a week out because the guy that answered the phone told me I could have to wait a "while" if I didn't. Took my vehicle in on a Tuesday 5 minutes before my appointment. Been here 21 minutes and my cars still not even on the rack. I was told it could be an hour and a half wait for a safety check. Why make an appointment if a 10 minute safety check means I will have to wait 90 minutes. That's worse than going to the doctor. Worst customer service. The guy at the desk is rude. Still here after over an hour. They go from one job to another instead of completing one job. Horrible!

Did a decent job replacing my water pump and timing belt. Gives military discount!

Took a bit longer than I expected, but that's what the lounge is for :-) I always appreciate the friendly service and business manner that I get here at Lex B. There are very few businesses of ANY kind that show this kind of aloha to their customers. Keeps me coming back.

I took my car in yesterday to get some new break pads. I didn't hear any squeaking coming from my car, but since I'm almost at 100k miles, and I've, literally, driven this car across the country, I just felt like it was time. There was also a coupon on the website, and I like coupons! So, made the appt online, got a confirmation to bring it in at the time I specified. I arrive and tell the guy that I'm there for some new break pads. He was sorta condescending initially telling me that he has to measure the break pads and rotors and if those have wear then that's gonna cost me extra...honestly, I was getting the impression I was about to be screwed over. I handed my keys over and was told I'd receive a call when my estimate was ready. Well, I had just enough time to go get a coffee when I got the call that I only needed back breaks (I have an AWD) and the rotors and a break flush. Um, okay, that sounds about right. Hey, at least it wasn't all 4, right? I was wrong about the being screwed over feeling, and I'm glad I was. After a few hours I got another call that my car was ready to be picked up. I headed over, paid for the service and everything was ready to go. Thanks, LexBrodie. I appreciate your honest service & the very timely manner.

No appt was available on Sat. for Safety check, instead did a walk in, dropped off car at 8am, car was ready by about 1015am. Wait was reasonable. I was satisfied with service & encountered no problems.

This guys are the best! I've been taking my cars here for the past 2 years and it started because I needed help. A few years ago, I had to get a safety check done that day and showed up at 4:30 PM because I remembered Lex Brodie had a service center in Kaneohe. I had no appointment and another shop had just turned me down. One of the mechanics walked up as I parked and asked if I needed help. I told him that I needed a safety check done that day and asked if he could help. Without any hesitation, he said they could and walked me over to the service manager, filled out my paperwork then started to work on my car. About 30 minutes later, I was told the car was done and went to pay the cashier. It wasn't till then I found out the safety checks were done only till 4 PM because the mechanics leave. The mechanic who helped me, decided on his own to work longer just to help me out. Needless to say this blew me away and since then I've always brought in my cars for annual safety checks and oil change. I'm only sorry that I didn't get the mechanic's name to thank him for helping me out when I needed it the most. It's not often I deal with a firm where good customer service is more than a phrase. I highly recommend these folks!
