The service was fast. Everyone was informative and friendly. They have all the asnwers to every question I had. THIS PLACE WILL NEVER CHEAT YOU. They were prfessional.

I took my car to them to get some warranty on some defective Michelin tires. The tires were chancing out with only 9500 miles. They tried to bs me and say it was not warranty After alot of bs Michelin in north Carolina agreed to replace the tires with me paying the prorate for 9500miles. I agreed with michelin then they made up some baloney about the tires being discontinued and I have to go to costco and pay 33percnt of new tires. I decided to not take their lousy offer on principle. Why get crapy tirs all over again and do this again in 9500 miles Don`t buy tires from these guys or Michelin.

It was a very busy day but the guys at Kaneohe were able to complete my safety check in a timely manner.

I have taken my truck here for a brake job. The service advisors were great. Attentive and friendly. They were honest with me about the repairs that needed to be done. The quality if the work is good also. I will be back to them again.

Fast and friendly service. Bought tires ordered tires on Wed. 7/16/14 and said will be transferred to Kaneohe by end of day. Made appointment for 7/17/14 to be dropped off before 8 am. Dropped off vehicle around 8am and was finished by 10 am. Changed 4 tires and did wheel alignment. Happy with the tires. Excellent service.

Worst customer service ever. Went in to do my safety check at 2:30p I told them I needed to be out before 4pm so I can go pay for my registration and they said okay. The manager took too long doing "paperwork" and at 4:15pm he gave me my papers. Let you know that I live in kahuku and I drove to kaneohe to get it done. So I had to drive all the way back to kaneohe just to get my stickers. Never going back to kaneohe again.

I brought car in with a leaking front right tire. They took the car immediately, found the nail in the tire, did the repair and charged me nothing for it. That's what i like!
