Appointment was easy to make and for the next day. Work was completed approximately as indicated when car was brought in. Had to ask if anything found that needed my attention. No explanation on current condition of my tires.

Scheduled a safety inspection online for 730am on the last day before my sticker expired. There was a glitch and they double booked. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Said it would take close to 2 hours so I got breakfast at the Pancake House and went to City Mill. Got a call a little over an hour later that my car was ready. Thanks for a good experience. I won't wait until the last day to get an inspection next time.

I went in for a brake job, tire rotation, and to check my tires for a slow leak as my tire pressure gauge monitor had lit up on the dash. I asked about how long the job was going to be, because I would have to wait in the lobby as I had no one to pick me up. They said they wouldn't want me to have to wait around and offered a Hertz rental for the duration of the job which may take longer than the two hour estimate. I was thinking, WOW!....that was awesome as there wasn't to many service centers that would offer that to their customers! Thank you!

I had to get my safety check. I went to JL in Kaneohe.... Major mistake...Needless to say my car failed and I had 30 days to fix the "issues". I got a quote for the fixes and it was over $900.00. I forgot to mention that I had gotten a safety check at the same place last Dec. My son recommended Lex Brodie's. I took my car in and was so surprised. Everyone was so helpful. They explained everything, gave me a quote, took my car right away the next day, and fixed everything for less than they quoted. I have to go back when I get the money for new tires. I can honestly say the attention I got from everyone far exceeded my expectations. I will recommend Lex Brodie's to anyone. P. S. I had to take my car back to JL to get my check finished. It only took 3 tries to get someone to sign it off.
