Mahalo to Jordan and the crew for the excellent service. I just recently had all my tires changed and noticed my mom's car need some maintenance. When I found the Green Fleet Super Check Up online I had to go for it. They listened as I shared some of the issues my mom's car was having and went above and beyond to have those issues addressed. They even forgave me when I ended up having to pick up the car a whole day AFTER it was ready for pick up!! Excellent service, kind people to work with and right in my hometown - that just can't be beat!

This recent experience at the Kaneohe facility was terrible. I should preface this by saying my wife and I have brought our cars here for years and had great service in the past. The visit was for a front wheel alignment and oil change. Pretty simple (you would think). When driving to town the next day, the car pulled to the right. I had to hold the steering wheel 20 degrees off to the left to hold the car straight. I brought my car back, and the manager was very polite and had the mechanic "re-align" the front end. This time, it pulled to the left, and I had to hold the wheel 20 degrees to the right. I had to make a 3rd trip, to the Lex Brodie's in Kalihi, where they got it right. I left for a trip a day later and my wife noticed an oil sheen under the car. I had to bring the car back for a 4th time, as the oil pan gasket was bad and the tech didn't check. I lost half a quart of oil in 10 days. Who ever the mechanic was who worked on my car needs training or to be replaced.

Lex Brodies is truly a standup, solid company. The female office manager and her crew provided outstanding customer service. She said she comes all the way from Pearl City because she likes the area customers and coworkers. Yeah, I think Windward peeps are better too :-) Trying to cut corner and save money, I bought tires from another shop who had poor equipment and damaged the inner brim of the tire during installation. I took my tire to Lex Brodies and they trouble shoot-ed and did a temporary fix. Lesson learned, Lex Brodies is worth it.

Always come to the Kaneohe branch. They always take care of me. Gerard or Girard helped me today. He was very personable and assured me that my vehicle will be taken care of. Once again, they serviced my car and it is working great again. Also, Delsi, is very kind and always helpful in the office.

Trying to be patient on what I assume is a busy Sunday or understaffed....I just wanted a ballpark price for one tire and have all the pertinent info necessary to check,.....I called three times and was put on hold each call....nearly 5 min wait each hold....trying to spend my money on local businesses....bummer off to Costco

being in a rental car and being from outa town - with tire trouble is not a good thing the guys at Lex Brodie's - were extremely helpful - very professional in their actions. Their problem solving skills top notch Problem solved - minimal charge - as in none ! thanks to all for a well run - professional shop

The folks at Kaneohe were very accommodating when I drove in with a dying / dead battery. I was back on the road within the hour with a new battery though the shop was already fully booked. Mahalo nui loa!
