We have been taking our personal and company vehicles to Lex Brodie's Kaneohe for years (I think over 10 or more). We appreciate being treated as long time loyal customers as well as the friendly and professional service that we always get. Lex Brodie's Kaneohe team takes good care of us and our vehicles which is why we keep coming back!

I don't really ever do reviews. Mainly my philosophy is, I'm paying for good service, so it should be a given that the quality is good. I chose Lex Brodie because it's a well know company, it's close to home, and they guarantee their work. I took my car in for what I thought was a power steering leak, to only be told that it was a bigger issue (rack and pinion). I was told it was going to cost me about $800 more than I expected. So naturally, I figured they were taking advantage of me. However, when I expressed concern, the technician brought me in to show me the problem. When I picked up my car, there was a very loud and very new scraping sound. I told them that I wasn't happy about it and felt that they should address the issue. The manager worked with me to fix the problem. Took the car back in, gave me a loaner while they fixed it and didn't charge me for the solution. These folks really stand by their work and I really am grateful for the Kaneohe Lex Brodie team.
