Took an hour for a safety check (I had an appt) and no one bothered to notify me that my car was finished. I saw my car sitting outside for awhile & decided to ask if the service was done. The service people were talking and laughing with each other and didn't seem concerned about my car service.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. So I brought the car in without an appointment and they fitted me in. They took off the tire, found a nail in it and fixed it right away. The best part was when I pulled out my credit card to pay for their work they told me there was no charge because I had bought the tires there (about 5 years ago I think). A big MAHALO to Kyle and his staff for a job well done with a smile.

Fast service. Convenient location close to mall. Nice employees. Hawaiian mileage credits, return customer discounts and online appointments. Hard to go somewhere else.

I was a walk in customer and was instinctly greeted and ask how I could be helped. The customer service was great. The salesperson Zack was very informative and knowledgable. He kept me well informed and updated on what my car needed and how much longer it would take. I purchased four tires and wheel alignment. I would recommend this location to others. Very satisfied.

Attended to me at the counter immediately. Showed me into the customer waiting room, which is the most comfortable waiting room I have ever been in. Came bact to me within 15 mins. Informed me that the immediate problem was solved but advised me that there may be additionl problems and outlined them clearly.

The first time I went to the Kaneohe store I was sold on their customer service and workmanship. The manager Zack and his assistant manager Jordan both go out of their way to give you the best possible service. They give you real times for when the vehicle will be ready. They also make sure to bring ul any discounts Lex Brodies has at the time. Just that alone keeps me coming back. Mahalo to Lex Brodies for hiring and being able to keep great employees.
